Excellent for a good sleep; dark quite and good mattress. Towels good thick quality. Kettle can be filled in deep basin. Shower with strong spray and good control. Knives in dining room nice and sharp. All the little practical details spot-on!

I liked the decor, cleanliness and the environmental ethos.Lots of recycled/upcycled products, recycling options available in room; milk bottle provided and you get it filled at the bar downstairs. Lovely smelling bathroom products and efficient air con.

No parking - 5 minute walk to car park which is fine! Pizza in the restaurant was awful. Would not eat here. No table service either.

Lovely decor - large rooms! Dog friendly! Homely stay as advertised Music everyday in the restaurant Check in staff were outstanding!

Unfortunately there was a hen party going on in the room next door for the 2 nights we were there (Saturday and Sunday). The room doors could only 'slam' shut noisily so we were woken up several times in the early hours. The noise from the fridge inside the room was also noisy, as was the air conditioning. So you either had the window open for fresh air (which meant the noise from the seagulls) or the window closed (which meant the room was rather warm).

Fantastic, friendly and helpful staff. Quirky artwork. Lovely bar area with very attentive staff. The room was a bit small but comfortable. Good tea/coffee facilities.

The facilities were great. It was particularly helpful having a laundry in the hotel to use, it saved us having to find a laundromat and waste our time in Belfast. The room was very spacious and you could tell a lot of effort and thought had been put in to make it feel homely.

A beautiful quirky hotel, the decor is stunning, in the bedrooms and public areas. Staff are laid back and very friendly. It would seem nothing would be too much trouble. We will def return and I would not hesitate to recommend to others.

Hen parties being noisy in the early hours was annoying.

Location is fantastic, walking distance to most things and next to really good public transport options for anything further afield. Room was comfortable with everything you could need and lots of nice little touches.

Received an upgrade to a suite at check in - decor in the rooms and bar were gorgeous - great shower and comfortable bed - is more eco friendly than other hotels I've stayed at, you had a glass bottle to be filled with milk of your choice from the bar instead of the one use single plastic milk that's the norm at other hotels, it also had a bin split into the 3 different waste options so you could separate your recyclables & food waste from your general waste.

Just to add something, the beeping of the elevator in every floor could become a little stressful, as it felt like something was going wrong. The halls carpet was beautiful (and recycled!) but it made a little hard to roll luggage.

This has to be the best hotel I've ever stayed! I was impressed from the first step inside; The lobby is magnificent, everything is carefully decorated giving you an oasis inside the city center. Staff was highly attentive and, what's more important, seemed happy to work there! The room was spectacular, it had everything we could need while being absolutely stunning. Heating worked perfectly, the TV was easily adjustable and, my god, there were outlets near the bed!! That's so rare in Europe! The bed was perfect, the room was soundproof (although people closing doors loudly is always a problem in hotels). The hotel also sells things for you to cook in your room. This in addition to cocktails being sold until pretty late. Great bar! Oh, and the checkout time! Why can't all hotels all have the same schedules!! We had to leave early anyway, but being able to leave al 2pm is precious. TLDR: This hotel was the best part of my stay in Belfast, I could have stayed forever. In all honesty, I will prefer them in every city they are in, now and in the future. Plus: Highly recycling conscious!
