Absolutely beautiful, the place was wonderful, perfect to relax, so clean and welcoming, beds unreal, best sleep for a long time! Everything you could need provided. We had lovely weather so made use of the outdoor seating and firepit. Loved having a kettle provided so we could have a well earned cuppa - and great to have the fridge to keep our wine and beers cool as well as our BBQ food! Really lovely host and we couldn’t have enjoyed our stay more (Lily the dog loved it too)! Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again and enjoy this lovely little peaceful place with a lovely atmosphere, just perfect; thank you for a wonderful stay ♥️

Showers were a little bit cold but nice and refreshing!

We loved everything! We stayed in one of the teepee tents and had the best weekend. We were very lucky with the weather so got to use the fire pit outside. But cool enough to light the log burner inside on the evening. The bed was super comfy and everything was so clean. Everything is provided from cutlery, pans, fridge, even an air fryer!! The facilities were great and clean and the owners were so lovely and welcoming. Location was great, there’s a Morrisons down the road for you to do your shopping and cayton bay is only up the road. We can’t wait to go back already.

Nothing the host could do about the windy weather, but that impacted on the use of the fires and therefore the warmth of the place, which was such a shame. Also, we totally didn't realise there was an electric mattress for heat until we were leaving, so it had been a cold night. Maybe a little info sheet would highlight this as an option which would have been helpful, but otherwise was fab!

We loved our stay at Roe Deer Meadow. The teepee had everything we needed and more. The location was perfect. The outdoor shower and toilet facilities were lovely and clean. We can't wait to stay again. The hosts were fantastic at keeping us up to date and making sure we had all the information we needed.

The property was clean, tidy and well maintained. Inside the tent itself was magical. It was cosy, warm and clean. Philippa, the host, was brilliant. She was available to answer any questions we had. She even put the electric blanket on for us getting there!

Fire was ready to light, electric blanket was on for when we arrived as it’s middle of November we needed one! Tent had pots and pans supplied with glasses and plates too, tea coffee and sugar there and a kettle! No need to check in just straight to your tent which was good. Faculties clean and tidy.

Honestly the best place we've stayed, will definitely be returning. Lovely location, so quirky and CLEAN! Lots to do around the area- plenty of blankets, fires ect too keep you warm. Can't wait to come back!

Lovely little yurt, well furnished including pots and pans etc, very clean and well kept. Children loved their stay, fire pits were all ready for us to just light which was perfect! The shower room was amazing! All the little fairy lights was a lovely little touch too. Literally no faults.

The compost toilet wasnt disability accessable. I have an ostomy bag and how it was set up with a section divider meant I couldn't use it to empty my bag. Which was fine because their was a standard flushable toilet on site I could use instead.

We booked the rented yurt as a last minute booking in the area we needed. It was absolutely stunning. Amazing quality, so up our streak. Host greeted us on arrival. Tent was stocked with everything you would possibly need while camping.

Everything we needed was there. The tent and all other areas were exceptionally clean. It was so peaceful and relaxing. Lots of outdoor space too, so was good for the whole family. Beautiful and clean indoor/outdoor shower.

A lovely peaceful location on a working farm. Well appointed bell rents with everything we needed, wood burning stove in the tent made it very cosy and a brazier for sitting outside. Very comfortable and warm bed, excellent shower.

Ermmmmm probably only the brightness of the lights along the hedge the length of the site. But I think the site owner Philippa is going to get them toned down.The dark is what we love about camping anyway as we already live in a street with lights.

Super quiet - very secluded - small and personal. Loved hearing the occasional tractor and the amazing sound of the geese getting ready to gather. Facilities were really lovely. Very thoughtfully done. Really rate all the effort being put in to making this an eco friendly site too. Shower was done so well!! Bed was amazingly comfy. We managed to cook on the outdoor burner though you can take your own bbq. An evening and night out - really good for the head - Philippa was so friendly and welcoming.

Only one flushable toilet with sink.

The tent was very clean and comfortable. Fire pit all ready set up for us when we arrived. Lovely surroundings and very relaxing. Plenty of open space for our grandson to run and play. The site situated 12 mins from Scarborough but felt like it was in the middle of the countryside miles from anywhere.
