The jacuzzi was out of order, this would have made my trip 100% perfect if it was in working order.

Fantastic family room with sea view. Everything was lovely and clean including the pool facilities. Great location with free parking. Breakfast was lovely. Friendly and helpful staff.

I was charge £38 more for my room than my sister. I booked in Dec and she booked hers in Jan. When I queried this I was told it had to do with availability. Does not make sense! Also her room was bigger than mine and I had a dog.

The staff were very attentive. A good choice of food for breakfast. Good location to beach.

Room was not well decorated: room 1. Swimming pool was a few degrees colder than comfortable. Price was a bit higher than I felt was fair.

The hotel is comfortable and friendly. As far as I know, it's not part of a chain. It's well run and has a relaxing atmosphere. Staff are very helpful and friendly. The menu and food are good and drinks reasonably priced. A hotel always worth a return trip.

We ate there but was very uncomfortable while staff came to collect dishes from us even we not fully finish our eating because we eat slowly and little by little .

It was nearby beach, food was nice, place was clean.

Hotel was a tad dated, but it was clean and we had a lovely stay

The food was amazing, so much so we tipped the chefs. Favourite member of staff was Sabrina was so friendly and knowledgeable about Bournemouth. She couldn't do enough for us.

Room decor was a bit dated but in good order. One member of staff was a bit grumpy. Parking for us was fine but I think it could be a problem as it’s limited.

Amazing facilities for a family break. Restaurant evening meal was exceptional quality and value. Most of the staff were very nice and helpful. The whole place was spotlessly clean.

The beds are uncomfortable

We have stayed many times over the last 20 years. The staff are the friendliest and most welcoming of any other hotel in the area.

It's nothing the hotel can really improve upon, but there aren't many many parking spaces. The other thing was I sent several messages asking us to check in on line - but it would not work for us, did not like my credit card, even though we used the same one on arrival. In the end that did not matter, but it was a bit frustrating. The hotel was also quite a bit outside of Bournemouth, which is a plus and a minus... it all depends on what you want.

The staff were very good - especially on reception. The food was good, we ate in the restaurant one night - the Dover sole was excellent and great value compared to posh fish restaurants. Good choice for breakfast - and frequently replenished Also very quiet for sleeping even though there were a lot of guests.

Free upgrade to a balcony room! Kids loved the pool (I was disappointed the hot tub was not usable though). The free board games, table tennis etc by the bar was brilliant! We walked to the beach and playground and had a fantastic day out.

The walls are paper thin between the rooms and so unfortunately you can hear everything from the next door room.

Location was great for the beach. This hotel was charming with the added bonus of having a swimming pool. Receptionist was lovely and so accommodating too. Great find.
