One of toilet seats was broken. The bottom two of draws in a smaller bed room were broken, too.

Nice and wide sitting room with lots of windows. All the necessary equipment were ready.

No instructions / information (other than wi-fi code) about appliances, heating, TV, rubbish, recycling, etc. It needs a folder of information. No free to air TV just apps on the smart TV.

Location was excellent, parking was easy. Very quiet but within easy reach of all amenities.

Kitchen needs to be better equipped for self catering. Only 3 forks for a flat which can take 5. Tiny cups. Need mugs, a cheese grater, some Pyrex.

Only one tea towel which was dirty. Bathrooms could have been cleaner.

Was disappointed by the fact that the appartment needs a good deep clean. One of the sofas smelt. There was dirt and mold in all areas, particularly in the bathrooms. The rugs on the floor are a health and safety hazard as the corners were all turned up and were a trip hazard. In fact, my 83 year old husband did trip. Fortunately did not fall! The glass coffee table also a health and safety hazard. Two discs that hold the glass top on were missing. Sticky tape was used instead. Cooker top was dirty, as were some of the utensils!. The washing machine was in constant use for several hours whilst we were there, so we would have been unable to use that facility had we chosen to do so. One of the on suite toilets only flushed occasionally!. Toilet seat was loose in the other on suite!...

The size and layout of the appartment was excellent. Met the housekeepers. They were both lovely. Friendly and welcoming.

Was quite dirty. There was dirt on the tiles in the kitchen, sticky mark on the counter top, floor looked very grubby and my daughter’s pillow had a stain.

Internal cleanliness was poor not helped by the poor painting of walls etc en-suites both felt dirty. Didn’t really feel it was worth paying the cleaning fee for. Tv had no Ariel. Didn’t really eat in the apartment. A couple of mugs would have been nice. Surprised to find tobacco & cigarette roller in drawer given it was a non smoking apartment.

Although the apartment was generally clean and tidy, there was a very strong damp smell in the entire home. I assume there had been either a leak or some sort of flood in the bathroom/ensuite. Which unfortunately permeated throughout the entire home

When I checked in on the first day, I found the towel with a sour smell in the kitchen cabinet. Also, the bathroom equipment was relatively old.

I am very happy that the accommodation is next to our friend's house. Every room is spacious and comfortable. The first floor is convenient for the elderly to travel.

Looks nice at a glance , but when you opened the blinds and curtains it was pretty dirty . The cooker was pretty dirty and wasn’t clean - worktops stained and dried paint over the surfaces and floors . Bathroom need updating and a rusty nail sticks out of the wall in the one en-suite Dust and dirt all over the place , sofas had false eyelashes , toe nails and food under the cushions . I rang the number that was available and asked to re clean the apartment, went back the cooker , drawers and all other areas still not cleaned ! Outside on the small patio the cushions was mouldy and stained .
