Lack of cleaning equipment in property. (no dustpan and brush, no hoover, no cleaning products). Broken table on decking, which we reported twice.

Lovely property for a group of mature ladies. Outlook was great, bedrooms good, and all ensuite which was excellent. Although we have a few negative comments , they are just so that they get looked at. Did not spoil our trip.

The potholes were terrible on the road. This was less than ideal especially in rental car. It’s a long walk from the barns to the reception with the back entrance closed.The Playground wasn’t great and a lot of work to be done. The way you have to take shoes off before entering the pool area . You should have a door straight into the changing room. We were told we get a call when the house was ready. We waited around all day and then called only to be told oh that’s ready ages !!v annoying

The barns were stunning ! Decorated fabulously and so comfortable and welcoming.

Issues with the TV a few times & the sliding barn door to the toilet didn't fit properly and you could see the person on the toilet from different angles while cooking or cleaning the dishes in the sink.

Fantastic place & couldn't fault anything. People & Staff were friendly and helpful too.

Went up to The Outlook (on site restaurant) on the first evening about 8 o clock and there were lots of tables empty ( only about half full) so we seated ourselves young lad came over and asked if we had booked we said no and he said we could not order food only reservations would be fed. We had no food in lodge so had to drive to Wadebridge ( luckily I had not had a drink) and found an ALDI and bought some pizzas for speed as we were all hungry. We were going to eat breakfast there every morning and a couple of evening meals but made to feel so unwelcome never went back real shame.

Lodge with a hot tub was lovely reception staff really nice and gave us keys an hour early John the emergency overnight man was fab we could not get oven to work on 1st night he arrived within minutes and fixed, spa treatments were lovely very relaxing and friendly atmosphere assault course great fun great location only mins from Padstow, Newquay and Wadebridge

The apartments shown on this booking was not the same as the apartment we were given. The bathroom in the apartment we had did not have a proper door and it was right next to the cooking area.

The location was fantastic and it was easy to find. The park is lovely and big to wander around for some extra exercise. The beds and sofas are cozy too.

The accomodation was really good and we had a great time,although our checked in was an hour late due to late house keeping but the staff gave voucher to spend in the restaurant.All in all was a good break,apart frim the stormy days.

The sliding door to the bathroom did not completely fit the gap across the door. This meant with the door “shut” you could still see in and out. It was also missing a part so that it easily slid off the mounting. We were only there for a short stay so just got on with it.

The view was great. The bed was really comfortable. The bedding and towels were lovely. The location is a great location for easily accessing Padstow.

Not all of the room was ready when we arrived. The bins were full and we were missing loo roll. We went to reception and sorted it out. The apartment also wasn’t very clean there were a few cobwebs around the place as well as dust. The black bathroom floor showed how dirty the floor was. The pots in the kitchen also needed washing before using.

I really liked the location of the apartment. It was right on the lake and in a private area. The apartment was small but big enough for a couple. The bathroom was lovely and the whole place had a modern look.

There was a water leak on the counter top as we walked in. The water was coming in from a crack underneath the window, which we raised with the front desk who did send a maintenance person to check. It rained quite considerably during our stay and the leak did reoccur during the wet days but not to the extent we initially found it. There were no toiletries provided, even though they were supposed to be provided as per initial description. A simple hand soap in each of the bathrooms would go a long way for initial arrival. Also as we stayed a whole week, we could have done with a change of towels and robes midweek. These few tweaks would make a very pleasant stay even more great.

Beautifully decorated property with a great calming vibe. The kitchen was well kitted out with all the appliances, utensils, dishes and cutlery that a family would need for the stay. Towels and robes were provided in each of the bedrooms. The hot tub was checked daily and the water was ready to get in to, the following day of arrival. We had access to the swimming pool, gym and sauna. There was a flow rider too, which we booked for our son who really enjoyed it. The property is in a great location with easy access to Padstow, Newquay and the Eden Project.

The stairs to the property are a spiral metal staircase, and at the top of the staircase was the roof guttering that had a leak. The leak was clearly dripping down the stairs and when it was raining, it was even wetter- it can be quite a slip hazard and inaccessible if you’re not confident on wet surfaces.

It was very cute and simple for us as a couple to navigate and enjoy. The location was perfect for us to go out and explore Cornwall and local towns. The apartment was perfect size, nice and clean and had everything you needed for a few days holiday!

Minimal utensils and products/condiments. Would be a good idea to have a welcome hamper with the basic supplies. Only 2 toilet rolls...not enough. No miniature bathroom products - would have been a nice touch. Had to pay an extra fee to have late checkout when no further guests were arriving the day we were leaving!

Warm, welcoming, clean lodge. Close to Padstow and Newquay, so able to visit other areas. Friendly staff.

The mattress was really dippy , think it’s had it’s day. Sofa not that comfortable but for a couple of days was ok. Curtains need a bit of needle and thread. A bit tired in places .

Apartment needed some work, some broken drawers, very few basic items in the kitchen, edgings off cupboards missing. Would have been nice to include the basics such as hand soap, salt, pepper, coffee... Bed was uncomfortable and too soft by far. Settee was fold out bed so rock hard to sit on. In short it was tired and needed TLC but good value for money

Due to season, the onsite activities were not avaliable which was not advertised and no option at the lookout throughout the week stay to eat which was a shame. Could only get drinks.

The accommodation was very clean and modern, provided all cutlery and towels required for our stay. Very spacious. Shop onsite and pool facilities were adequate. Very comfy beds and bedding, washing facilities provided.
