the only gripe I have is I reported that the micro wave and dishwasher did not work on the day we arrived was informed that it will be repaired quickly ,was still not working the day we left so evening snacks were not possible

The room size was not benefitial. TV location in room was weird and it did not even work properly. There were warnings about room heat since no active air-conditioning was present (it is currently under renovation) The sofa and carpet had a huge amount of old staind that were pretty gross.

Room was big but in a "weird" way. The hotel was in a nice quiet neighborhood with walking distance from city center. Also few good restaurants near by and a nice park.

Quiet and peaceful, great sleep. Able to leave our luggage and pick it up later in the day. Nothing was too much for the staff. Easy walking distance to city . Great breakfast selection.

very late booking in time - and staff were very slow to make sure iur room was ready and get us into our room we took our breakfast back to our room (so it was getting cold by the time we got back as there is only one lift) because there is not enough space in the dining area for all guests at breakfast

The room was comfortable and a good size - cosy on a cold winter night - the hotel is in a good location (although a fair way from the station if you happen to arrive by train and want to walk)

The main disadvantage: the breakfast is a disaster. There is almost no space so you end up either not getting a table at all or having to share a very cramped space with strangers. The food was often not refilled and there was no logical order to go through the different tables which led to a lot of irritation. Each morning we had to ask for plates and cutlery because they had run out and not put new ones. All in all, a very unpleasant experience. There is only one elevator for 7 floors full of rooms so prepare to do a lot of waiting... The bathroom set-up is a bit strange and the toilet/shower part didn't have a proper door, just a sliding thing that didn't really close. Our toilet paper was never refilled, we had to ask at the reception to get some. No toilet brush. Even though our room had a kitchen, there was very little equipment. For example, it would have been nice to have some washing-up liquid, it doesn't make sense to go and buy a big bottle for a 3 night stay...

The location is great, the city centre is walking distance away and there are several bus stops nearby. Very quiet. The room was spacious and comfortable. Very nice that they had EU and USB sockets in the room.

The area for breakfast was so small. We had to wait to find a table, staff and space is not enough. The interior is not modern. Furnitures and electricity infrastructure is pretty old

Waited until 4.15 for room. Arrived at 3 but understand entry is 4pm. However i had to keep approaching staff. At 4pm i was told housekeeping hadnt confirmed room was ready. I think someone could have physically checled.. had my 83 year old mum. I'm not sire how long we'd have waited if i hadn't asked for 3rd time. Lift broke too which meant using service lift. Was a special gift for my mum so a bit disappointed. Good selection at breafast altho bacon was overdone. Paid £434 for 2 nights so hoped they could have had room ready o time.

Size of the rooms are very goed, also the breakfast. Location of the hotel, 10 minuten walk to the old centre and Waverly station. A supermarket near by in case you need anything and also a very good Malysian restaurant.

Great size room - with small kitchen area with everything you would need if you planed to cook on a longer stay, really more a studio apartment. Excellent breakfast - buffet style, picked a busy time so had to wait for a table
