Bathroom outdated. Flasher slowly leaking all night so needs maintenance. Told staff but they said was ok. Anyway not too noisy. Shower was on the ceiling only so not so helpful .

Quiet convenient location although on the high street .Late check in. Helpful staff 24h.

The price as the location and room doesn't justify £90 but it was clean and friendly staff.

Breakfast v basic but we were leaving early anyway. V comfy beds. Simple but comfortable. Dark curtains which was good! Just off a busy main road and we paid a lot for how basic it was.

Noise from other inconsiderate guests upstairs. Obviously hotel cannot control this but can make doors soft closing or doors fit better so situation like this is reduced as have special needs son who gets scared with unknown noises

Lack of shower in a wet room in the accessible room. Shower over the bath is difficult for those of us who cannot stand up easily. Also the shower /hand gel provided is too high up for sitting guests to reach.

The room was suitable for wheelchairs but had a bath which is difficult to get in and out of for disabled people. A wet room is much better. The hotel is on the A5, a busy road with nowhere to go other than your room. However, for the money that is what can be expected. Breakfast was good, no dining room to sit in but easy to take breakfast into your room. It looked as though the hotel had been refurbished recently and it looked very fresh and clean in the rooms. Staff was exceptionally helpful. Beds very comfortable.

I didn't dislike anything. It's probably not had any renovation work since it was built. It's been patched up!! I would use again but wouldn't be my first choice.

It did the job. It needs a face lift

Noisy hotel guests with kids running along the corridor during the night or talking very loudly outside our room. Appalling TV reception with only a few channels actually working. Rooms would benefit from more plug sockets.

Large well appointed room with nice crisp clean towels and bedding. Easy parking and friendly staff. Nice chilled water fountain in the lobby..

Breakfast is a cold buffet affair, if you want a hot breakfast, you have to travel about 1/2 mile up the road to MacDoanld's...

A basic no-frills accommodation. Could do with modernisation. Everything clean and works. Needs an armchair in the room.

Breakfast was very basic and not well laid out. Also, seating for breakfast was very limited. It also looks as though the hotel is used for emergency housing.

I'm fussy about showers and prefer one that's not fixed (can take off the wall so you dont have to wash your hair) so I had a bath and my only issue at all with the room was when i got in, the bath felt a bit gritty.

We only booked the day before so were lucky to get a room for the 3 of us at all but even though it said double with a sofa bed, we actually had a double and 2 singles which was great. The beds were comfortable, we had all we needed in the room - tv, kettle with coffee tea, shower gel and extra bedding. I liked the ease of breakfast, picking what you wanted from cereal, toast and yoghurts and taking it back to your room. Location was good, we had been to Woburn Safari park and it was a 10 minute drive with mcdonalds just around the corner for a quick and easy dinner option when tired.

Nothing I did not Like. Breakfast could be improved but I’m guessing due to the restaurant next door closed/ empty, the hotel is not able to fully cater for food.

Location was good for the venue we were attending. Lovely staff on hand to help. Clean room and soft bedding . Breakfast was ‘help yourself’ basic which I had not expected. So go prepared as it’s not a full continental or English breakfast. Made toast and a cup of tea. Cereals available.

Only little niggles for the rate we paid... Maybe two chairs in the bedroom for eating breakfast would improve our experience? We also only had 2 mugs set up in the room despite the booking be for 3 people.

We stayed here 3 nights earlier in a different room, either side of flights and trip from Luton Airport. This experience was 100% better than earlier in the week. The room was clean, perfect temperature, the bed was firm and comfortable. Breakfast was a real welcome addition. Great value for money!

The only small issue was it would seem that some rooms are lived in by homeless people, so feel sorry for the staff that have to deal with their needs .
