The shower was just a trickle. No pressure at all.

We stayed in the townhouse opposite the hotel. It was beautifully furnished with a view over Inverness. It was very comfortable

small room and small ensuite, in old building. Facilities were dated, but clean and functional. Room located on second floor. no lift so had to get suitcases up stairs. Room was located in a separate building away from main builiding and no parking directly available in front. shared with other residents, not associated with hotel?? This wasnt explained but not a big issue for just one nights stay.

I didn't realise I'd be staying in a Hotel-owned house across the road. Not that big a deal, but as a solo traveller I would have preferred to be in the main building. There were no curtains in my room, which made it difficult to get a good sleep. The cooked breakfast menu isn't great if you don't eat meat, eggs or quorn!

Great location. The restaurant has a lovely ambience and my vegetarian evening meal (a curry) was absolutely delicious. There is a reasonable choice for vegetarians on the dinner menu. I really appreciated how considerate the staff were in allocating me a quiet table in a corner as I was eating alone.

The room was small and cramped. Window looked out over a cut- away below the patio. It was loud at night when patron were on the patio.

    Staff was wonderful.

Quiet location, good value for money, good restaurant

Window blinds didn't blocked out the light completely. The shower was a bit strange and sometimes failed to produce hot water (but the issue was fixed by turning off and on again).

Located in a quiet area, a short walk from the train station. Very good restaurant, and very handy if arriving late as they served dinner until 21:00 during our stay.

There was cooking smell in the evening from the restaurant. Single room was small. Not enough space to put luggage to open. I used a carry on. There is no lift. I have no trouble getting around but it may be of concern to others. They have no air conditioning but when I was there it was chilly. I haven’t figured out how to turn on the old style heater but I didn’t need it.

Easy to find. Close to station and restaurants and bridge to the other side.

Did not get a chance to eat at the hotel restaurant. Menu looked great and had a good selection of top notch offerings. The hotel had a bar, also not taken advantage of during this trip. There are plenty of choices all over Inverness.

Redcliffe Hotel is at an excellent location at the East side of Inverness. Short walk to the center of town and a quick down-hill walk to the river Ness (and the parks). Plenty of parking in the hotel lot. Wood fired pizza on the covered patio was excellent. It was drizzling and the heaters were adequate to keep the cold at bay. The room was in a separate building a few steps across the road from the main hotel. It was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Bottles of water were provided. There was plenty of complimentary tea and coffee. Bathroom facilities were spacious and plenty of hot water when needed. Very close to the Inverness Castle and views of the castle from the room. Excellent location.

I was in a downstairs single room, which didn't have a window, so it just felt a little enclosed and always dark without daylight. It wasn't a huge issue for me as it was only really used for sleeping, but some may not like the lack of window or daylight.

The friendly staff and cleanliness of my room and bathroom. The hotel is very handy for the centre of town, only a 10 minute walk. The towels were pretty large by hotel standards.

As a suggestion, would be good to install USB charging ports in the room for today's generation.

The mattress on the bed in my room was overdue replacement and did not provide a comfortable night's sleep, which was obviously disappointing as this is the key component of a bedroom.

Good location in quiet area near city centre. On-site free parking. Pleasant staff. Good breakfast. Generous room tray (tea, coffee, hot chocolate, milk, biscuits, bottled water). Everywhere was clean. Generally a very good stay (apart from the bed!).
