Rugs by the side of the bed were slippy. Could do with some non slip tape underneath them.

Due to the lack of places to eat within local area there was no facilities to store chilled food or drinks.

Late booking earlier in week made up for by location of local pub that catered for food. Friendly and helpful host. Good parking available.

The room I occupied was along side a fairly busy road which worried me. However I slept well, except for occasional noise from the upstairs resident. Coffee and tea making facilities are provided but there is no mini fridge if you want your own cold drinks.

Pratibha was an excellent hostess. The room was a perfect size and well kept. The shower worked well and the amenities were very good. There is a little shop just down the road for any sundries you may require. There is on site parking which is off road, a great plus for me.

The bathroom was very compact to say the least trying to dry yourself after a shower was challenging unless you open the door for more room but at the end of the day it served its purpose

Loved the room, beds were comfy. The property is close to a couple of pubs which is always good when working away . Also couple of shops less than 5 minutes walk away .

Bathroom could do with a little upgrade but everything was clean and shower was nice and powerful and hot.

Location is amazing, lovely little village! The owner was very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Room was clean and good place to rest your head. Me and my partner slept very well.

We were a little disappointed on arrival as the accommodation is listed on Booking.com as a Bed & Breakfast but it’s not ( Maybe this should be changed to Guest House)Unfortunately there was nowhere nearby that does breakfast.

Nice room and lovely host. Good area for accessing Didcot and Oxford. Two pubs very close. We can highly recommend the Wheatsheaf the Sunday Roast is amazing.

The bathroom was very compact, but did the job. The windows in bedroom do not close properly; they just need adjusting underneath to pull them in to fit correctly. No hairdryer!!

The beds were comfortable & clean. Hospitality tray was provided. Iron & ironing board in wardrobe. Shower was hot. Location was perfect for exploring the area. Central heating came on in morning, evening and about 2am. Quiet location Room 8 was upstairs around the rear of property

I found my stay to room to be everything that it was advertised as and the owners to be more than helpful and I really appreciated them going to extra mile to help me out when I needed it. Couldn’t really ask for more.

We booked the accommodation on the understanding it was, Bed and Breakfast as per the Bookings.com link! when we arrived we were told NO breakfast would be provided!! We would not have stayed if we knew this was the case and could have stayed in Abingdon were there was such accommodation. I feel we should be given a refund based on wrong advertising, subsequently we had to purchase breakfast elsewhere. Perhaps the owner should look at revamping the bathroom. Its very tight to get into the shower due to the sink position and the shower door opens into the room!!

The location was fine for our needs, however the Bookings.com link say "red Lion Accommodation". The accommodation is nothing to do will the Red Lion Pub anymore and the provider of the rooms should inform the relevant links....Bookings.com etc as we booked the accommodation based on the fact it was the Pub!!
