Couldn’t connect to WiFi, so couldn’t watch tv

The bed was too small for 2 people and we are both quite small anyway.

It was clean and warm and had everything we needed.

You can hear the noises from ather appartments, one family above us was very loud, keep banging the floor.

The room is value for money, clean and tidy, cozy as well. It was very warm. The shower was small but clean. There were a kettle some tea, coffe and bisquits for breakfast.

Only thing I wasn’t keen on was sharing a bathroom with other guests however - it was always clean and free whenever we needed it so it was okay in the end!

The position is a bit random in my opinion but well connected, also I would provide the option of an hairdryer! And also the bathroom door didn’t close all the way

The room was big enough, the bed very comfortable, the bathroom small but had everything we needed, the shower pressure was very nice and we took two showers in a row and the water was never cold. We also needed to check-in earlier and they let us do it so it was really nice! Also tea, coffee, water and treats like that provided which was really appreciated! For the price it was incredible

Rough area, didn't feel safe going out. Every time the manager of the hotel came around, my room smelt of cigarettes as I think his office was next to my room and as a non-smoker it was very off putting.

Unfortunately neither the TV or WiFi worked during my stay. It wasn't a big deal for Me as I was out a lot, but it would have been useful to have it. The owner did say it was being fixed & did answer my query quickly.

I liked the location & freedom to come & go. Comfortable bed, I slept well. Big enough room for Me with good storage. Plenty of shops or pubs within walking distance.

Power kept going out, likely not the fault of the hotel but still very annoying. Bathroom and shower is VERY small and not very comfortable.

Good location, free (limited) parking on the driveway, tea and coffee making facilities with free biscuits.

Room 12 bathroom is slightly on the small side, but can save time if you need the toilet when you having a shower and brushing your teeth at the sink. 😄

No reflection on property but if travelling on foot, plan your route. Fine if have own wheels.

Friendly welcome and good value especially for a solo traveller. Lovely historic Old Yardley just up road and some footpaths.

No Wi-Fi so no tv, shouldn’t have advertised as it was something I needed,

It would have been preferred to have been told that we had to share a bathroom during our stay, and perhaps should have been discounted. As when me and my partner stayed before, we paid the same price but had our own bathroom.

Greeted upon entrance and shown to our room, comfy bed and very spacious room. Good value for money and great location, easy to get to the Bullring via a bus.

I wish their was more cutlery and awareness about halal food ext and keeping things separate for Muslims or people with certain faith requirements

All in all, there are a lot of little repairs to Do, which is actually not a big Deal to do so. You cant use the curtains in the room, the bathroom door is broken, so that you have to push hard to get it closed. In the shower there is something broken. All little stuff which could be done pretty fast, so why don't just do it? Kitchen was not clean.

The room was ok, clean, big, WIFI good. We could also use the kitchen. The bath room was clean enough

Advertise a smart TV, was told on arrival there are no channels to watch, only UTUBE -which wouldn’t connect. Basic ITV, BBC etc are free so why they’re not available is beyond me

Lots of little extras, toiletries, biscuits etc. which you wouldn’t expect for the cheap price
