Quiet location. Handy for 6A bus into the City. 5 minute walk to good variety of shops. Access to washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge and freezer.

The room was very small and there was not much room left to move around. It was okay for a short weekend stay for one person, but it would not be comfortable for two people.

Good communication prior to arrival, self-check in was smooth, no problems. The location is not particularly exciting, but close to amenities and with good bus connection to the centre of Belfast.

The location is very convenient, in the nice neighbourhood, just 5 minutes from a bus stop to the city centre. The house and the room for two are warm, clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen has everything needed, including a washing machine.

The beds wasn't the comfort I was looking for, just because I got a bad back. Do wish all Air band b and guest houses got good beds, you do spend most of your time in them. Wish it was like a premier inn bed but it was still OK, but room did feel warm after turning heating off. Windows was steaming up.

Couldn't think of any except the voice from security system claimed she is the landlord and started to talk patronisingly, which made me uncomfortable at the door! I think she needs to study and learn the Northern Irish's hospitality and to better expressing herself in English!

Rivenhall townhouse was a pleasure it was clean well kept and the staff and owners were kind helpful and well mannered ,if you add the extremely good price I will be staying here again without doubt. A very well impressed Mr Greaves.

The house and room were impeccable, clean and practical. The host went above and beyond to meet our needs and solve little issues. Our stay was perfect. The accommodation and road is very quite, so great for those who want to rest! I definitely recommend this place.

Going to this location at night alone, walking through the neighborhood streets in the orange low light of night was kind of terrifying. A lot of Belfast looks like a "bad part of town" because everything closes so early, and they have a low light policy in much of the area just around the city. Obviously, be sensible, but it's a nicer city than it appears at times. Also there is a washing machine, but no drier. So if you're hoping to get your laundry done, you might need another plan. A 17 minute walk away I found a lovely place called The Washing Well that did my laundry for 7 pounds, and moved me up in the scehdule so I could be sure to make my flight AND called a taxi to the airport for me, as my 3 Wireless sim card from Dublin worked pretty much fine everywhere for data (as Ireland is in the EU it didn't work as well in the UK as the rest of Ireland, but it got me through everything, though I got turned around in Edinburgh a lot), but never did get the regular phone part working.

The area was a little bit further outside of the city than I had antipcipated and Sunday buses don't start running until rather late, so I had a bit of a panic getting into town. This is all mitigated by the INCREDIBLY open, trusting and giving people of Belfast who are the most helpful people I have ever met, and I'm neither prone to exaggeration, nor have I ever used that phrase before. Time and time again the helpful kindness of this city came through for me on this trip.

Location convenient as travelled from Dublin via train and walked. Situated in quiet residential area. Property was clean and well maintained. Room very cosy, bed was comfortable and I slept great. Good power in the shower. Complimentary tea and coffee and crockery a nice touch in the shared kitchen. Self check in was convenient as I arrived late.

The bath is very small. The chair and desk in my bedroom is not necessary. They take all the space. The TV should be on the wall and remove the desk and the chair.

The whole house is very warm, clean and secure. The location is great.

Location was a little far out, but as I like walking, it was ok, plus, there are buses to take you to the ciuty centre, but I knew this when booking. Wifi kept going off,k but not for long
