Room while clean is starting to look a bit worn. It needs a bit of a refresh. The flooring is uneven and needs to be replaced as it’s lifting in places. The bathroom door has water damage along the bottom and needs to be replaced. The shower pressure wasn’t great and it took me a while to work out how to turn the shower on and off. When I did work it out the hot water took ages to come through.

Very clean and well organised. I loved the self check in process- very easy and convenient. The staff were very accommodating when I arrived a few hours early and helped me check in early. Room was tidy and I felt safe as a solo traveler

Only two things were an issue. The water pressure in the shower is poor, but the shower is well equipped. And we had a top floor unit with very narrow staircase that required extreme care not to bang the walls.

Rasa Sayang House Is conveniently located near to Oxford centre with a bus stop in front of the property. Though basic accommodations, it was clean and had all we needed for a short stay. Management was very helpful regarding arrangement of parking on late notice.

The apartment is not too far from Oxford city centre, probably 15 to 20 mins walking, and there is a bus stop just a couple of minutes from the apartment. Nice and clean room, you've got everything you need for the short stay.

Bit of faff sorting the automated parking, but not a major issue.

Small rooms with basic amenities, decent for staying in Oxford as a couple a short time. Parking at the property is also a plus.

The verification didn't work for the accommodation which meant that I didn't get a passcode for the front door, and I ended up paying twice for parking to get the address and passcode because the site didn't process it correctly.

Amazing place for this price! A 30-minute walk to the city center wasn't a trouble since Oxford is a beautiful city. The host was great and understanding, I appreciate the milk to the coffee :)

It was a small bed but it was fine for the price.

The secure parking was good and even though the self check looked like it may be a bit complicated with the different codes and fobs it actually was pretty straightforward. They also moved room as we were there early so we didn’t need to wait for official check in time.

The shower was very weak and not warm enough for us, the light was dim and yellow which make it a bit scary at night. The room was not soundproof

Clean room with good facilities. The room have microwave, plates, cutlery set, ironing board,… the convenience of the room exceeded my expectations and the view from the room was extraordinary. It has great location: near the city centre and a bus stop.
