The window could not be opened at all which made it a bit claustrophobic. Understand it is for safety reasons but the fan for ventilation was so loud we could not sleep so switched it off and the room was very hot and stuffy overnight.

Comfortable room with river view as requested. Nice toiletries and room tidied, refreshed - though actually we didn’t need new towels as this is not very ‘eco.’

Nothing about the property but the local NCP car park is always a problem

Excellent facility’s we have stayed at this hotel several times when we stay in Liverpool to watch football. The staff are always friendly and welcoming.

- room on the 9th floor extreme loud. I actually measure the noise - 39/ 41 db with running ventilation which even in the low mode / or switch is making big noise which makes sleeping a nightmare - no fresh air (even with air con running on the full , making more noise) - no fridge in the room (empty or filled) with this hotel and the price over 500€ for a night Hotel definitely did not meet the expectations. I am regularly in Liverpool, but definitely next time our choose another one

I booked the spa for a treat and it was horrible. Rusty paint peeling off. Steam room dangerously hot. Not relaxing at all for a birthday treat.

The leisure facilities were well below what you would from Radisson hotels with paint flaking from the walls and ceilings, certainly in dire need of a refurb. Breakfast was just OK with not a lot of choice similar to a Travelodge breakfast.

Friendly staff, lovely comfortable beds and the hotel is ideally placed for access to the city centre.

SPA working hours are not really convenient, open 8:00 closes at 07:30 pm. Normally day time I'm away and chilling in SPA just before going to bed. So you need to plan to go there sometime during a day. However this is quite subjective since someone may prefer different SPA timing. Windows are quite small, especially taking into UK often cloudy weather room natural lighting is quire poor

Good location, 10 mins walk from city center and 1 hr walk to Anfield stadium. SPA center on facility. Comfortable rooms furbished in Radisson style. Great english breakfast.

I was offered an upgrade on my room weeks ahead of the day and I accepted and paid. On arrival they didn't have the junior suite available as they said fully booked. Room was fine but bathroom was tiny. Didn't live up to my expectations

We had an extra large room that was handy when you are travelling with two heavy suitcases. The room was comfortable and the overall facilities clean and well presented. The staff friendly and helpful.

Asked for 2 single beds but they were pushed together making a double and couldn’t be moved. Breakfast really wasn’t that good, on both days they had no cups for coffee or glasses for orange juice. Scrambled eggs were also an interesting colour.

The hotel is a bit tired looking. Rips in carpets, shower head pole jammed in with a piece of random plastic, bathroom was filthy with black handprints all over the door, blood smear on wall and in the sink. I was also over charged. One price was guaranteed by booking.com but I was charged a different (more expensive amount)

Price re the breakfast too high. Maintainance in the hotel re air con in rooms. we had two rooms not working in both supplied with fan not good. Fan in shower also. No fridge this is supposed to be a four star. Taken out space left. Had to wait over an hour to get a meal downstairs at the bar. Not good. No staff. Wont he going back.

Asked for twin beds and didn't get them. Asked for non feather bedding due to allergies and only pillows were changed. Had to ask again for duvet to get changed. No bedside light, couldn't read in bed.

Good place to stay in town if you like walking. Food was great and staff polite and friendly. Pool, steam and sauna were a treat.

Purple decor (walls and curtins) in the room were a little scruffy and made the room very dark. Room only had 2 spare power sockets and neither were on the bedside tables. Personally, not keen on carpets in rooms, as difficult to keep looking pristine (as was the case) No biscuits on the tea and coffee making tray was disappointing
