Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomIt took around 20 minutes to check-in at midnight in a queue of only 3 people. The hotel is very confusing to navigate and I got lost several times. It is not clear where the lifts are by the signs, and I ended up having to walk the entire length of the second floor because I used the wrong lift (no sign indicating there were 2 different lifts).
The room and hotel are very comfortable. There were plenty of staff and they were all very friendly. Everyone was happy to help. Breakfast was very nice.

Warm welcome Rooms.were ready for us a little ahead of time and it was my Mum's birthday and the hotel kindly left a delicious slice of cake in her room for her which was so thoughtful and a birthday card. We had adjoining rooms so that was great as we had an early morning start the next day. Beds super comfy

United KingdomI knew. It was a 'conference' hotel but was not amused with the hundreds of noisy ppeople attending plus dance youngsters. They shouted in the corridor at midnight so not able to sleep until after that. Honestly i would not stay again but only because of the noise from people attending conferences.
Easy to get to on the hoppa bus and right next door to a Mcdonalds.
