Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomTransport from LHT to hotel only runs once per hour after 10pm and costs £13.60 for a single for 2. When booking factor this extra cost in. I wouldn't recommend this hotel or use it again. On our departure there was some kind of indian/Pakistani celebration. Going on. And next morning pools of vomit at seating area outside hotel foyer where we waited for bus

CanadaThe phone didn't work and it was very expensive to stay at this hotel. Having a broken leg and having to walk from my room to the front desk every time I needed something was not very fun.
The staff were very accommodating, the 24 hour room service was amazing. Great food. The hotel was beautiful. It has a lot of amenities.
