The only issue I had, which admittedly is rather minor, is the fact that the provided toiletries where lacking in quantity, considering they were meant for two people.

The location is superb, only a 2 minute walk from New Street station and and right the heart of the city. Our room was located on the 12th floor with a birds eye view of the circus and a great view of the southern end of the city. The room was very spacious and clean. The stuff at the reception was exceptional and we had no issues checking in and out. I can't comment on the rest of the facilities as we did not use them.

There was 2 of us staying, they provided only 1 loofah and 1 toothbrush pack. Shower head was outdated and water pressure was a little harsh. Also there was a welcome card addressed to someone else.

Room exceeded our expectations. It was spacious and had all the required amenities. 24hr room service which we definitely used at 2am after a concert. Staff were brilliant and courteous.

Not enough seating area to relax in bar and not very well laid out. Need to make it more comfortable and guests would stay longer because your prices are reasonable.

Very convenient to all facilities. Great room great breakfast. Bar prices reasonable.

We weren't given the twin beds we requested. Breakfast was disappointing, I would have preferred a freshly cooked option rather than the buffet.

Close to Birmingham New Street Station. We got a free room upgrade. We enjoyed the views from the hotel.

Car park parking. No on premises. It was a fair distance to the hotel. Directions.can appear confusing. Ask for a 50 pounds deposit.which is refundable that's for parking, breakfast etc.

Location right in the city centre with plenty of amenities close by. Hotel staff happy to please and to make your stay special. Rooms clean. The even had a sewing kit and shoe shine to hand. Overall a plesant stay.

Someone was smoking at night in a neighbouring room or somewhere on the same floor. Couldn’t be bothered to notify the reception about it late night, though. Did let the reception aware at the check out. Nothing to do with the hotel itself, just a human factor, I suppose. Noise level was not the best at night as well, especially when want to have a rest after work and train travel to Birmingham. But again not much to do with the hotel, just Friday night, I guess.

Very nice location, just 5 minutes of walk away from Gay Village and Chinatown. Cleanliness is 10/10. Very helpful and friendly staff.

The air conditioning in the room was not functioning. The control panel had no power and I believe it was the same for the entire 8th floor. I was offered a change of room and a fan was provided, so it wasn't a big deal at the moment (as the weather is still quite cold).

The hotel is a fairly new build, so the rooms and corridors are fresh and well painted. It is in a perfect location; short walk to Birmingham New Street and the city centre. A great buffet breakfast; everything you could want and no rush to finish.

Felt the drinks options were not a good as hotels of same level I have stayed at, eg less choice and only hot choc for one when you have to Guests? And fridge does not appear to be working is that as card is not in if so feel it should be on separate power supply? To add context, I use dairy alternative and no where to keep it.

Great Central location, comfortable bed and quality bedding, good size room, great to have a bath rather than just shower.

That they say they have parking and still says on the website to park in the NCP car park directly behind the hotel because they have a discounted rate which apparently isn’t true anymore so I ended up paying £30 to park for less than 24 hours

Nice and simple and we were both given a complimentary drink at the bar. afterwards, we were treated to a live showing the drunkard antics of 5 people fighting, needing the service of at least 10 street wardens and 2 ambulances over a 3 hour period on the center of the roundabout our room overlooked. It was worth the room charge just for this alone. Top hotel, top staff, clean ok'ish price.

The bathroom is outdated and needs a refitting. The Windows leak the cold air. It would be good if the refrigarotar and the built in safe would work. The two concrete pillars in the room are unusal.

The Hotel is near the New Shopping Centers. The staff is mostly friendly.

The room has some bad stains and damage to the carpet in the room. It was also a shame that coffee was no longer served at table, you had to use machines and also that the only eggs available at breakfast were scrambled or hard boiled.

Was hoping to be able to get breakfast in bed which you could have basic like omelette but not full English. Limited room service menu. The black out curtains let light in at top and on one side...

Pleasant stay. Staff were helpful. Perfect location for O2 academy Selection at breakfast was very varied and liked the addition of take away cups for tea/coffee . Try the homemade biscuits and brownies as were delicious. Considering where situated blocked out alot of the noise Lifts were quick. The hotel offer reduced parking rates at a local car park so ask them where (FYI not the station car park as they are right next to each other, as we had to go round a few times before realising)
