We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The staff and the owner were very welcoming, particularly the manager who really went out of her way to help with our many disasters, such as booking the wrong night twice and helping with a hem on my Jacket that decided to come down minutes before we were being picked up.

Plenty of on site parking. Executive deluxe double room was lovely. Ten minutes walk from town centre. Very comfy bed and pillows.

United KingdomIf I’m honest a bit dated but I guess it was homely. The room/bathroom was not the best although everything was there you require. Vertical Blinds needed repairs and lastly memory foam pillows were not comfortable, very hard so we swapped for others in wardrobe but still not a good sleep for either of us.
An excellent welcome by reception, very helpful . Location was great for Melton Mowbray with plenty of parking on site.

United Kingdomwe thought there was a restaurant which was open to public as well as hotel gusts but we went to order a meal and it was all shut- up but with it been in walking distance to town it was easy to get an evening meal
cleanliness of the whole hotel and the room, bathroom were very spacious comfortable . The bed bed linen and towels lovely and clean. plenty of parking ,within walking distance to town centre , friendly staff .Breakfast was good plenty variety on offer cereal yoghurt etc . We felt they would try to accommodate most dietary needs if requested .

United KingdomNo evening meals being served due to staff issues - tables in vicinity very hard to come by without pre-booking. Breakfast was minimal and no information regarding allergens made it even smaller for the price. Lighting towards carpark lacking.
Room was really spacious - lots of room and a good sized wardrobe and really comfy bed. Slight issue with window was sorted straight away. Owner and staff were all really nice and welcoming, good amount of parking to rear of hotel.
