Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Nice little touches with chocolate, Nespresso, etc. There are two nice walks from the hotel, one to the Castle and one along the river. Town is walkable. Designated parking was nice. Restaurant had some of the best food we had in England.

Fabulous room. Characterful and everything I needed including nespresso machine, big comfy bed, fantastic shower. I was leaving at 6.15 before breakfast available so the man who checked me in gave me some cheese etc from kitchen for the journey next morning. Really lovely place to stay.

United KingdomTwo very little things, the booking said glass of prosecco/wine for guests, we weren't offered one and couldn't find anything in the room. I could hear a beeping which went on all through the night, I tried to locate it but couldn't, it was a little irritating, my husband couldn't hear it but I could.
WOW! I wish we had been staying longer. What an absolutely beautiful room! felt very luxurious, spacious, beautiful furnishings, comfortable bed and so many lovely little touches.
