All of the team were amazing and really looked after us, we were staying 2 nights in Chichester for our Daughter’s wedding and they made it so special! Breakfast was fantastic, the service was great and all of the so were drinks in the evening. Really liked the complimentary cheese nibbles and the secret garden.

Climbing two flights of stairs not so easy for elderly people like us. Windows stayed open due to no AC. Pigeons were active on roof. Parking was confusing. Received a parking ticket as the explanation on where to park was unclear at local car park.

Breakfast was OK. Eggs Benedict did not care for the sauce or muffin it was on. Full breakfast was very adequate. Evening meals very good. Like being central in the town to shop and eat out.

This Hotel is in a perfect location in Chichester , the staff were very professional and helpful . The food served in the Restaurant is great in the evening and at breakfast , this Hotel is a great place to stay .

Quite a lot of exterior noise at night from bin men collecting rubbish.

Excellent pre-theatre menu, very reasonably priced. Breakfast was also delicious, though the choices were slightly limited. Great coffee! The room was spacious and decorated in a contemporary style. It had everything required, from nespresso coffee to sockets by the bed. Very comfortable bed and good size.

The hand basin in our room was a very modern shallow rectangular one which would have needed huge amounts of water to fill to a comfortable level. The water was slow to drain away. The pre-theatre supper was so popular that it was not possible to finish it in time to go to the theatre comfortably. Apologies were made by the staff.

The breakfast had been advertised as Continental, but it was a cooked breakfast with plenty of options. However, we had expected fruit, yoghurt, cereals etc. It did not matter, and we had a delicious breakfast which was very generous and kept us going for most of the day! Just rather surprising.

Can't think of anything. Great that more boutique than standard hotel chain. Even down to the crockery that the food is served on was distinct and value adding to the whole experience. A little gem I would say !!

Lovely boutique hotel right in the centre of Chichester. Great breakfast in the morning and we had an excellent evening meal. The service was very friendly, lovely decor - secret garden - terrace area and rooms individual and tastefully decorated. A word to summarise Puchases for me would be ELEGANT. Right in the centre of town and a really pleasant stay. When back in the area will be our first choice.

The only issue was the room had no aircon and it was quite a warm night. But a lovely room which was very comfortable, clean and contemporary. But, to be clear, aircon was not advertised and a powerful fan was provided.

Very good selection offered at breakfast and also very willing to prepare something that was not on the menu.

Our room was a bit on the small side and faced the street, so we were woken up through the early hours of the morning with people shouting as they left the late night pubs. If the windows were double glazed it would lessen this disruptive noise.

Breakfast was great, good choice and good quality ingredients. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location.
