The wifi connection is rather slow, but there are better things to do there than play on your phone! Less confident drivers may find the route to the property a little nerve-wracking, but we thought it was fine - just take your time and ensure you follow the directions from the owners!

Beautiful old farmhouse set in stunning countryside. We were happily greeted and shown to our room which was spacious and furnished in keeping with the property - we enjoyed the slightly wonky floor, reminding us of the age of the property but it is very well maintained. The four poster bed was very comfortable, we also enjoyed sitting out in the garden in the sunshine reading. Breakfast was the best bit - a delicious selection of home-made and local ingredients, eaten at a large table where we could chat with other guests. Excellent!

Single track road (but short distance) to find the property - but that was a blessing because it was a peaceful location but with amenities ten minutes away! Nothing to fault! We will stay again.

Made to feel very welcome at all times. Attentive to detail. Great hosts and super clean accomodation and really great breakfast. Could not fault in any way. Also great pub restaurants nearby and a super deli in Nayland.

Very good B&B. In a very rural area, so no road noise at all. The host is very good, and you will be well looked after, there is plenty of parking and the rooms are very clean. A great breakfast cooked to order, you will not be disappointed with your stay here.

    Nothing we didn't like.

The location was tranquil. We loved the wildlife in the garden, squirrels, rabbits and a woodpecker to name a few. The farmhouse was beautiful and our room was stunning and very comfortable. Very thoughtful touches like milk left for us in the morning and when we got back in the evening and lovely homemade cake in the afternoon. I would not hesitate to highly recommend a stay here.

I had a truly fantastic experience at this B&B! Such a stunning, peaceful location. Immaculately clean, the owners friendly and thoughtful, leaving me fresh milk both evenings and first thing in the morning. The fabulous breakfast was the cherry on the cake – great menu to choose from which made a delightful start to each day. Beds comfortable. Highly recommended!

This place was a real find. The previous reviews certainly weren't wrong! It's a beautiful farmhouse in a wonderfully peaceful setting. Spotlessly clean. Very well equipped bedroom/bathroom with luxury bedding, comfortable bed, and a good powerful shower. Very congenial hosts. We were greeted with a warm welcome, tea and cake in the sitting room, and tips on the local area including recommended pubs/restaurants and how to walk up to the village at night. It's a must do if you can; through the fields in the pitch black with nothing but a torch light to guide you certainly puts you at one with nature, we even ran into an owl! Good night's sleep followed by a plentiful breakfast with lots of choice including tea and coffee, cereal, juices, homemade muesli, jams and preserves, toast and several tasty cooked options. We only had an overnighter but will definitely be back!

    Nothing. It was perfect!

It’s is a stunning and welcoming place to stay. The roads surrounding it are very narrow with few pull in points but that’s pretty consistent with the rest of the area. The farmhouse is true to its roots with visible beams and wobbly walls. It’s well cared for, clean and the ground beautifully kept. I’d like to come back to see it all in bloom soon!
