Great size property with well equipped kitchen and lounge. Very comfortable double bedroom with en-suite. Plus twin bedroom and shower room. The decking with table and chairs provided a view of the harbour with beach close by. The site had all necessary amenities and beautiful nature reserve which stretched down to the beach. All in all both the holiday home and the site make a great place to stay and relax.

Little things like price on site chip shop joke 5 pound for large chips terrible didnt get hardly any chips my god the fish was a spat tiny. one bite its gone neally 4 pound a sausage when you got big family i think if keep prices down a little we will bye more. So my kids had to make do and share there food . What happened to the 2 pound sauage thats what it cost were i live .

The site swimming pool you have to book the previous day .very rare you can book when you want. The site entertainment not much layed on for adults .

The slight thing that I noticed was the table where we sat in the restaurant were sticky this may have been due to the cleaning products.

The facilities in the caravan were excellent, although we didn't use them there was a dishwasher and tablets and a washing machine. Everything that was needed was there, including washing up liquid, cleaning utensils, shower gel towels. If cooking in the caravan all the cooking utensils needed were there. The caravan was very clean. The communication with the owner was just right, we got the information that we needed. The location of the caravan was good, it had good views and was shaded from the winds better than the caravans on the waters edge. We traveled with a dog so it was good to have some nice walks close by and to be able to take the dog into the restaurant if needed all be it seated at the back out of the way which is fair enough. If the weather is good there is plenty of outside space to sit. The staff were all very friendly and site was kept very clean and tidy.

Because the campsite was full of cheerleaders and families they hadn't really catered for all those people. Ie: pizza place had to close due to being so behind with orders. The queue for the outdoor pool was ridiculous, They stated it was full but most of the parents weren't swimming, so therefore they should have some sort of system In place ie: bands for non swimmers.

Had an amazing time, we were in Bournemouth for the cheerleading competition. We had a fantastic stay, and the caravan was lovely. We were supposed to go on Sunday but ended up extending our stay til Monday. The site was great and the girls loved the outdoor pool.

Lovely comfortable holiday home everything you need , best bed I've had on holiday good nights sleep , situated in a quiet area away from main park noise . Poole is 10 mins by car , the harbour has plenty of restaurants, coffee shops . Take the ferry to Bramble Bay worth a visit .

Location of our lodge was perfect. Communication was great and all worked as it should. Hot water and clean comfortable beds. Great to have an en suite to our room. Would stay again.

No wifi available, unless you pay at reception. Hadn't realised this before booking. Found the double bed quite uncomfortable so slept on the sofa the second night - that was much better!

Location, nice views, very clean. Never stayed in a static caravan before and this was a pleasant surprise. There were only 2 of us plus our dog so it worked out very spacious.

nothing, everything was perfect.

amazing, super clean and the facilities were perfect. Costal weekend away in a caravan, my biggest fear was being cold. The caravan’s heating was amazing, fast and it was like a sauna <3 I loved it. Everything was clean and we was provided with so much bits to make our weekend that bit easier, bins bags, washing up tablets. Little things but it just it’s just something we hadn’t thought of! I went with a group of friends and my 4 month old puppy, we all loved it and my puppy had an amazing time by the beach, thank god he was drained in the evenings! Great location, 10 min cab ride to Poole key, arcades, pubs and some boat trips. Key thing is communication during the break as well, very quick replies and super smooth! All my friends were talking about coming back again, we normally go to centre parcs in the summer but looking at this place ;)

the view was fabulous. lovely large veranda with table and chairs. good sized kitchen. very comfortable caravan. very clean. nice touches left for our arrival. didn’t use the camp site facilities but there did seem to be a lot going on. dishwasher washing machine and fans nice bonus. would highly recommend and would stay again.

The receptionist was very unhelpful when we asked any questions about the park and what & where do find things, only one word answers, totally didn't want to help!! Needs to do a different job!!

The chalet was perfect, loved the views & beach.
