The location was lovely right in the town centre , was good price for my stay could have put an extra bedding in the apartment as I booked for two nights .

Road to property was closed due to road works, host did not make us aware of this, we had to park in the following street. Once we got into the property there was no signage so it took 10-15mins to find our room. There was a very unpleasant smell as soon as we entered the property. Once we managed to find our room, the room itself was in a very poor condition. Bedding was filthy, stains on the sheets and pillows, we could not sleep in the bed. Bad smell was still lingering. We tried contacting the host about the state of the bedding and he was not responding to messages, even though he’d been responding to earlier messages.

The property was very dirty, there was food all over the floors and dust everywhere. The bedding was all marked and stained the pillow cases we’re basically black We ended up sleeping on the sofa due to how dirty the apartment was I am wanting a full refund due to the filthy of the apartment

More clear communication regarding entry to building. More towels provided perhaps dish towels and hand towels, a small bedside light would also be handy. Instructions on how to use kitchen equipment (hob, microwave, we couldn't find instructions so didn't use) the room was hot but a fan was provided.

Recommended clean comfortable affordable studio/bedsit accommodation in the centre of Bradford. I particularly liked the shower and the wardrobe with hangers and a long mirror. The bed was comfortable. Kitchen equipment provided. Security was satisfactory, key and security door codes. WiFi code sent immediately via WhatsApp by Landlord.

Absolutely boiling boiling hot. WiFi didn't work. No satellite channels at all.. No ironing facilities. Bathroom stunk of sewage. No communication, I didn't have keys or codes to get in. Texts, whatsapped owner/agent. No reply. Then I rang them to be told they couldn't deal with me then because "he's going to mosque" Then another rude person rang me and basically called me inpatient because I was asking how to get in a place I'd paid to be in. Disgusting

But the service was pathetic. I have called and message the staff multiple times. No reply induction was there but two tiny vessels available were not working on the induction. I bought groceries to cook but unable to cook due to the vessels.

No glasses, no knives. But I went to a charity shop near and bought some. Also, the bathroom door was not closing properly. I didn't mind it cause I was on my own but if I would be with someone then it wouldn't be too good :) Also, there was only 1 tiny towel in the bathroom.

Nice, clean room. Quiet area even though its town centre. Comfortable bed. Landlord replied straight away when I messaged him about wifi password. 4 plates, 4 cups. Plenty of spoons and forks. Fridge, kettle, cooker, microwave, TV. Generally, I'm happy with my stay.

It's not a deal breaker, but the position of the microwave was a little awkward.

I've had to stay in many self catering apartments in Bradford recently. This one is the best so far for the provision of facilities. There are pans, cutlery, crockery etc. Some may be upset by the lack of tea and coffee or toiletries, but do you really need them? Can't you travel with your own personal choices? Mo was very good with responding to questions. a great host, who obviously has a very good idea about what a guest needs.
