The shower was poor it took us a while to get it working as hot tap wouldnt move propley.There wasnt alot of pressure either when we got it going.

Bar and restaurant area was a little cool during the evening, had to put my jumper on.

Price of wine. £14 per glass is too expensive for a basic white wine. I was not told the prices of the white wine varied so much.

The window in our room was old and drafty, but fortunately, it wasn't too cold so it didn't bother us. Although I imagine the room could get a little chilly in the winter.

The breakfast was brilliant - an excellent choice with plenty of healthy options, as well as the usual cooked breakfast. We also enjoyed the pool.

Overall was great stay but water in the shower in my room got so hot, that I could not wash off the conditioner 😔 if I would stay for longer it would be a problem but hotel ask you if it's everything ok, so I am sure they could help me with that. However, I still believe Hot and Cold water system should be easy to use! 👌Also on the info of the swimming pool and sauna card it says it's open from 7am but actually it's from 7:30 and till 9pm but is not, you have to leave at 20:45. So for me this was important, as I start training at 8:30 am and that extra 30 min was what I needed.

I love swimming pool and sauna 😁 so was greate to have this facilities 👌Also shampoo and conditioner was amazing. Tea, hot chocolate and coffee in the room, love it. Good quality beds very comfortable, big TV 🤩 with cool channels. Restraunt offers very tasty but in very reasonable prices. Will I stay again? Yes!

Rude member of staff in housekeeping. I left my room without key card and asked to be let back in was told quite rudely no not her problem. Reported woman to reception and was told she's always like that.

There were some tissues that looked used in the bathroom stuffed behind the tissue box so only relatively minor. The corridors could be noisy with music coming from other guests rooms but as soon as I was in my room with the door shut it could no longer be heard and did not impact on my stay.

The location was ideal for me and only a short distance from the places I wanted to visit. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful, the check in was quick and easy.

My hair dryer didn't work.

Jackie the housekeeper was so lovely she brought us some biscuits and extra tea and milk to our room she was very friendly an asset to the hotel.

Nothing really wrong, was a little noisy until 12.30 am due to wedding reception going on.

Pool was great, hot tub did sting our eyes from the chlorine. Comfy bed and breakfast choose was excellent.
