The pillows was very dirty with big marks on top, I gather they haven't been washed in a long, long time. Even the mugs were dirty. The window frames were full of dust. Dust everywhere. The towels and bedsheets smelled, I had to wash my pajamas and my hair when I got back to my place. Not hygienic at all!

The bedside lamp did not work and the fan only had one setting.

The location was close to my meeting. There was tea and coffee.

The locks!!! There are three keypads you have to go through to reach your room, which already is annoying, but the last one is a touch screen that didn't work half of the time (which is really annoying late at night...).

Decent room with a small kitchen with some instant coffee and tea. The shower was nice and had some free shampoo. Bed was comfy. Pretty clean apart from a big stain on the carpet, which made it look messy.

If I'm being picky then the room is a little on the small side but it has a lot of facilities to fit in.

Decent location, cosy little room, appreciate that Netflix was included. Has pretty much everything you would need for a short stay. The room was nicely presented, with folded towels, and chocolates and biscuits waiting for us when we arrived.

Getting entry was a nightmare. There is no staff. They send you some forms to fill in but the link was not working. I emailed back saying I could not fill forms and would fill them on arrival which is not possible as nobody is there. The only reply I got was the same link that did not open. Nobody answered personally my messages or made sure I had the code. Luckily as I was locked out, I found emergency number of management company. An efficient lady sent me a link that worked and she helped me fill the forms in. Also the WIFI did not work. WIFI details as indicated in room don't work.

Very quiet location and convenient as in the centre of Dudley. The room was comfortable, ensuite with nearby kitchen, I slept well.

it did the job perfectly well. apart from the rediculously difficult registration for the site which was very stressful, the place was very good for the price.

At this price, it is already good. There are all kinds of necessities in it. It is very considerate. My evaluation is that it is cost-effective. But for those who are in a hurry, there will be some trouble. The various forms of consultation before check-in are only for staying in a hotel. I don't understand why I need such information, which wastes a lot of time. It is also difficult to contact customer service in case of emergency.

Towel rack came away from wall in bathroom. Toilet seat not fixed properly.

The shower had mould. The toilet seat came off, the towel rail was hanging off on the left side. The fridge was too loud to sleep with it on. The blinds don't have the ability to be opened or closed and didn't cover the window well enough to allow privacy. The front door had an alarm that beeped loudly all night.

The bed was excellent, very comfy. The room was well laid out and organised. Excellent security, felt safe

walls and shower were a bit dirty, several holes in the doors that had been filled poorly but all purely aesthetic problems that had no major affect on staying there

The single glazed period style sash window on this ground floor room did little to soften the conversations of those walking past the property. A light sleeper may be compromised somewhat?

The ease of access to this remotely operated room was excellent. The room contained everything that was required to achieve a single night stay in my case. The location is central with walking access to fast food and pubs in easy reach.

Toilet seat loose (made us laugh in early hours when you forgot!) plug on bedside lamp had top pin missing so unable to use.

Location was great, staff extremely friendly. Fridge, hairdryer, toaster, kettle & iron/board all great touch.
