Very nice location. Easy to walk into Kensington. Ideal for our visit to the Royal Albert Hall. It was in a very quiet location. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The staff was very helpful in storing our luggage both before we checked in and after we checked out. They also provided us with extra coffee when we requested it. The room was great and clean, in a very nice neighborhood we enjoyed walking in. Not too far to the underground station.

Is a little dated but outweighed by comfort, cleanliness and price point.

All very clean and comfortable, very nice helpful and friendly staff. Very hot night and aircon didnt work but fan in room an opening windows so wasn't a problem. Location is very quite for London. Free parking at end of street for our motorbike. Hadn't stayed in Kensington before but will definately stay in this hotel on future trips as clean and comfortable in excellent quite location and reasonable price.

The lift sometimes didn't work with 4 passengers. There was no electricity on the last morning, but that's not the hotel's fault. The rooms do not have air conditioning and it's not possible to open the windows fully.

The hotel is clean, cozy and comfortable. The stuff is friendly. Beds are very comfortable. There were tea, coffee, water in the room. breakfast is typical for hotels: eggs, sausages and so on. Not far from tube station.

The breakfast was disappointing. Breakfast is served till 11am, we got there at 10am and hardly anything left on the buffet breakfast, so decided to order cooked breakfast. Waited 5 minutes after ordering then the waiter came out to tell us it would be about 20 minutes wait. So we decided to leave & have breakfast somewhere else.

Toilet plumbing was a bit dodgy, room 100, it kept blocking up and then eventually unblocking intself. There was no possibility of getting a wine glass to take to my room.

Whilst I got a room that is quiet, it is on the ground floor so the noise is away from the hotel but not from the main road. Also the room is right outside of the lavatories, so we did still have some traffic outside of the room.

The location is really good as we were spending the evening round Kensington. The room is very spacious for a very central London location. All amenities are available.

To access our room, we had to walk a labyrinth and pull the luggage stairs up.

Literally no traffic noise, so very good if you have a rather light sleep. And Kensington, well what can you say, beatiful. Great Pub five minutes away - The Kings Head (food, classic ales and craftbeer)

The mattress was very hard so not comfortable! Woke up with very bad backaches both of us!

It was a little warm in the room, even with the air con on which made it a little uncomfortable. Window was also broken, but made a note of that with the staff and they were great.

Room was located in basement, thought it would have been on another floor , especially after paying nearly 400 Euros for 2 nights. Room in the basement was cold ,only for the electric heater was there ..The Room I was given first was pokey, second room was better, just cold ,still in the basement....

Staff were very good and helpful , changed my room , enjoyed the breakfast, milk could have been changed,had tea ,milk was out for a while and when I had it in my tea, looked it was starting to go off ..
