Location was a little further than I would have liked from centre. Remote for tv not working (not a deal breaker) and no filled mini bar in room as advertised for executive double, not the end of the world but just was advertised as such.

Cleanliness. Probably its just one in a 10 cases, but we found a used shaver in our bathroom..Carpet has some has some stains. No bathrobes and fridge.

I like the free upgrade in our room and complimentary late check out (12pm). Aside from the comfy beds and beautiful views from our room. The breakfast options are one of the best. Will definitely come back.

For a large hotel the dinner menu was quite limited. What we ordered was tasty and reasonably well cooked (slightly over cooked meat was chewy) and well presented, although when we ordered a curry to be a little spicier, we did not expect a sliced green chilly to be put on the side of the plate.

The room was comfortable although a little small, but the bathroom was large and clean. Car park was easy to find although a little tight to navigate.

Upon arrival we couldn’t find the car park therefore had to park somewhere else. We phoned before but the receptionist didn’t have a clue where the parking are etc hence we parked somewhere else. I wish there was more bath towels, fridge and toothbrush but everything else was fine.

As you walk in it is beautiful. Very classy. The breakfast was bang on and amazing friendly staff who were always smiling. The room was cosy and had good view

The quality of the food at breakfast was nothing special and it would be great to see some more nutritious, home-made options at the buffet. I had the impression everything came out of a pre-made packet. The hotel also uses a room fragrance throughout the lobby & restaurant areas which smells artificial and isn't pleasant when you are eating dinner. The price for parking is ridiculous.

The bed was comfortable and it was great to have a modern, decent size shower in the bathroom. The lobby & restaurant sizes are spacious, so you aren't on top of each other. I had a good spaghetti carbonara in the bar and a good Indian dinner the night before in the restaurant.

Air conditioning in room did not work properly or was switched off. The lobby area was very cold so air conditioning clearly working in that area. Double bed was two singles with mattress topper on each. One of the beds was very soft and uncomfortable. Luckily I was on my own, so one side of the bed was good

Spacious, comfortable room. Very clean with everything we needed for our stay. Facilities in the hotel are very good, with a comfortable lounge area and outside terrace. Slightly out of the city centre but within walking distance. Good value for money compared with other hotels of the same standard in the area.

The shower door was faulty so the cubicle leaked water, it didn't effect our stay but it meant the bathroom floor was wet. Also our room was next to the lift shaft, sadly that gentle hum was annoying all night long!! Maybe only use that room if you're full.

Unfortunately no vegan options were available for room service in the evening and limited hot vegan options available at breakfast.

Great room and staff, they did awesome with the special request which really made my partner happy. The hotel isn't too far from the train station which is a plus, but it's far enough from the centre for the area to be quiet. The staff were so lovely and everyone we encountered was really great. Had a couple issues that I brought up at reception and it was dealt with immediately. The bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds I've slept in, and the room was a great size, the bathroom was great, the shower had great pressure and the provided shower gel etc was nice since I forgot to pack mine!

They locked the door and You have to check with security to get in.. Come on!..This is stars hotel and in centre of Birmingham and road of night out,NOT hostel.. You feel uncomfortable.. Hope they change that soon.

I stayed many times at park Regis Birmingham and always have good experience in everything staff,location, service etc.. Best hotel in Birmingham so far..Defo I will come back again.
