Lots… sorry… we were in a disability room , that had only just been cleaned, the floors were very wet. Showers in a disabled area are not comfortable to use for us. Water goes everywhere and standing on the big plug hole hurts feet. The shampoo and soap dispensers and very difficult to get some out. I think the conditioner was empty. We ran out of toilet paper, and had one towel. We asked housekeeping but no response. I had to get dressed at 6am to go find these supplies. I find it rather cheap to have 2 teabags only and no biscuit. ! The adjoining room had a lot of banging doors and although ravyou don’t hear airport/aircraft noise you certainly hear the doors nearby bang shut. The staff are pleasant but way too busy. As you are a conference centre and handle group travellers, others get the cold shoulder. Reception area was rather chaotic. We pay big $ for the convenience, and that aspect is appreciated. However, when you are arrived off a long haul flight you just want your room. $60 AU for a mediocre burger and chips and a beer is outrageous. Also I received about 5 emails per day all offering your services and extra payment for extra services. There should be a way of asking or noting it is just a one night quick stop with no other requirements.

The curtains in my room were ragged and torn.

The curtains in my room were ragged and torn but the room was clean and neat. The breakfast in the morning was EPIC! The food was delicious, fresh and well stocked.

Rip off taxi fare to airport

Great breakfast Location marred by your rip off taxi charges . Cost £11 to goo from heathrow to hotel and 31 pound to return because of your cut of the taxi fare

No one to speak to at the foyer. Average rooms but good value . One towel only for two people. The big turn of and really big was our room smelled badly of smoke and vapes and if we hadn’t been so hustled at checkin or we had time we would have moved rooms or hotels .

Paid for breakfast check in but they didn’t have a note of it when I went to breakfast. No issue, they let me have breakfast, just felt a bit unorganised

We were told on two occasions we could just walk into the restaurant and when we arrived on the Wednesday evening we were told they were not seating any one because they were too busy - we ended up eating in the bar. On the Thursday evening service was v slow

Easily confused with another Radisson half a mile away and no transport or assistance to connect from one to the other. The other Radisson has a huge sign saying Radisson Hotel and Conference Centre whereas this one only has Radisson visible from the road. The taxi dropped me at the other Radisson (which seemed obvious from the Conference Centre sign). Apparently this happens all the time but there is no Radisson to Radisson transport and they would not call a taxi as they have a contract with an executive travel service. Since I had heavy (sports) equipment, the half mile trip cost £35! In short, the two Radissons need to sort out the signage or at least provide a reasonably priced (if not free!) connection option.
