Rooms a bit dated and my pillows were flat

The room was hot due to a sunny day, and the offered column fan is insufficient from a comfort level. Room lighting and available plugs could be better.

The location was excellent - safe and convenient for the BIC. The staff were friendly and helpful. I really appreciated the parking offered as a solo single female traveller. The restaurant was also excellent, with a special shout out to the delicious hot breakfast a la carte. A really good night sleep in comfortable beds. Good water pressure in the bathroom. Clean.

Not much. Rooms are a little dated but had character.

Excellent location for both the BIC and Pavilion. Short stroll into town too. Parking at BIC was convenient. Sea view from our room - AND, the sun came out. Crab restaurant was very nice.

Room decor was a little tired. Bed and pillows a little uncomfortable.

Staff were friendly and the room was a good size. Location of hotel was good and able to walk to the beach from the hotel. Breakfast was very nice.

Breakfast adequate,had to send toast back as only toasted on one side. Came back cooked even more on one side.

The breakfast wasn’t great. Poached eggs were hard, non branded sauces and baked beans were dreadful , orange juice warm coffee in a flask unpleasant. Overall nice stay but breakfast let it down ! Also I found a gold earring under the bed so hadn’t been vacuumed underneath.

The hotel is right on the front and our room was a lovely sea view.The staff were friendly and we were check in / out quickly. You need to pay for parking £14.00 on top of the price a night so a weekend stay can get pricey .

There was insufficent staff on in the bar after the event, and we had quite a wait to get served. Also, there arent many power points conveniently located in the room for charging multiple devices.

the location was ideal, as we were attending an event at the BIC. The rooms were nice and clean, the beds were comfy and the breakfast very tasty

Bath was a bit slippy when taking a shower and although there was a notice about requesting a mat if needed, this wasn't seen until later.

Great location to stay when going to the BIC - have stayed here several times. Staff very friendly & really good breakfast.

Would say more 3 star than 4 star given the state of some elements of the room and bathroom.

Great location not far from the beach and BIC which was ideal for a show we were going to. Rooms at the front can be a little noisy as they face the street and we were near the outside bar but this died down by 11pm ish and we could only hear because we had the windows open. Large room and comfy bed. Some fixtures needed fixing e.g. curtain tie back fixings; and bathroom could be cleaner given this markets as a 4 star hotel. Breakfast was lovely and staff here particularly welcoming.

On the second day when we went for breakfast there was that girl without any good morning no greetings she just said room number. She wasn't welcoming at all and could see her differentiate us and other guest. As if we were not supposed to be there. She was short and white with a blond and brown hair.

The breakfast was very good and the receptionist was very pleasant and friendly. Good location for the town centre and the pier. Just a walking distance.

The noise of cars back firing up and down the road most the night and people screaming and shouting while partying nearby.

Clean and friendly. The breakfast was freshly cooked and served once you ordered in the restaurant.

Pillows were not comfortable, room was a bit too hot. Paid breakfast doesn’t include a latte or cappuccino, only basic coffee, if you want proper coffee they charge this separately, wish this was mentioned when booking instead provided as a hidden extra expense. Loud banging of the room door from another guest in a nearby room, made our room shake, happened about 5 times between 10pm -11pm. Had to notify reception about this.
