The best location in the city, comfortable environment, well-equipped house. We stayed for two days and it was very comfortable, thank you! But parking in Bath is really difficult. We chose a parking lot near our residence, which cost £18 for 24 hours, which solved the problem. I still want to stay in this house next time I come back, but we may choose to come by train.

Personally there was nothing to dislike. The only thing I would mention is there are alot of stairs to get to the apartment.

The location was ideal with close and easy access to attractions and town centre. The accommodation was nicely decorated with everything we needed for a comfortable stay with nice views. I would definitely recommend it and would stay there again.

Only 2 bath towels, but we needed 4. Instructions for the coffee machine would be useful. More toilet roll would be useful. A second set of keys would also have been useful.

We have to eat gluten-free, so the breakfast was not suitable. This is normal though for most places.

Problems with promised parking not materialising, lack of info on how to use the heating, cooker, oven etc, no emergency contact info in the flat, no hairdryer, not very well equipped kitchen and couldn't work out how to use the hob so couldn't cook breakfast!

The location was great, with fab views over the river and cathedral. The apartment was clean and tidy with very comfortable beds.

We booked the property as it was stated that parking was possible at a discounted price. On booking was then told the discount had failed with the council which if we had known before full amount paid would have cancelled. Must say parking in a large city is very expensive and the discount would have been a bonus. On the day of arrival we were given full instructions on how to retrieve the keys for the property which was an attic flat. We were told flight of stairs then another to the flat but it was 4 flights of stairs then another flight of steep stairs to the top to get to the attic flat...if you are not too good on your legs like me then please do not book. Not enough towels were provided for 3 of us for 4 nights! had to contact the hosts to ask for more towels, which must admit we received a couple (not shower towels) the next day which were left outside the door. No hot water for the first night and when it got warm the next day it was just a trickle which no way you could have a wash or brush your teeth. Whoever cleaned the flat before we arrived just didn't do a good job. Bedding left in washer which had I think been washed but not removed. Things in drawer under sink which were used and not thrown away and mirror picture from outside the flat broken and left in drawer too. We took pics of a hole in the wall behind the living room door as didn't want to be charged for us doing this. We sent it to them but it was never mentioned. We won't be staying there again as too many stairs for me sorry to say but it's a nice little place to stay if your quite mobile and fit.

Close to everything in the city. Very modern facilities everything electric. Good WiFi. Cereal, pastries, crepes, marmalade, tea, coffee machine, sugar everything you need for breakfast. Comfy beds. Good views from bedrooms.

Lack of hanging space, only a small problem plus lots of stairs up to the top floor so make sure you are agile enough to take them on.

Wonderful two night stay in this very centrally located property. Everything went like a dream, great communication with the hosts. Property lovely and clean, comfortable with added extras to start the day. Would definitely stay again without a doubt.

The property was filthy when we arrived as no cleaners had been from the last guests. Spent over an hour trying to get hold of host’s through 6 emails and well over 10 calls whilst sitting in a dirty apartment. Host finally called back to say he would come to clean but he was an hour away but he would be done by 8.30pm. We have to leave without showering to an event, got back at 9pm and he was still there cleaning. Finally, we got the place to ourselves by 9.30 - no loo roll just a box of tissues propped up on the loo roll holder, poo stains still in the loo bowl. Awful night and couldn’t wait get out. We will be demanding a full refund and recommend no one stays here.

Towel rail not working so cold bathroom Dirty towels left in bathroom on arrival. Had to chase to get clean ones Was advertised with parking but on arrival told there was none which was very stressful as only booked as it had parking, no compensation given. Four flights of stairs are not suitable for anyone who is not that mobile.

Very steep attic stairs to apartment (ok for us but problematic for others possibly). No hot water to the bathroom or kitchen sink due to installation of electric heating and electric shower, nothing available for sinks at time of visit which was not great. Needs addressing for basic comfort/hygiene.

Location was great, beds were comfortable. Good communication with host over a few matters which hopefully will be resolved asap. Clearly a new listing so feedback seemed well received.

Parking is quite hit and miss, need to find a spot nearby which was hard sometimes.

Really nice views from eachbedroom, loved the small table in each room with high chairs to sit back and relax into the views with. The premise felt really cosy and I loves the modern design.The Bathbnbs team can give parking permits for a small fee which is much more affordable than normal.

The LED moodlighting combined with the views and complementary snacks kept the wife very happy. I found the Bathbnbs team really nice to talk to you and always replied quickly. Will be back.

As stated in the description the flat is on the top floor (hence the views) so there are 2 small flights of stairs to climb. The duel electric shower takes around 2-4 seconds to turn off after pressing. Asides from these, nothing.

What a place to book! We woke up to direct views of Parade Gardens, stunning views in both bedrooms. The beds very extremely comfy with the Bathbnbs Team even leaving luxury chocolates on the folded up towels which made our trip to Bath extra special. We could tell the premise had been recently rennovated with a marble walk in shower and new carpets. The LED lights were a bonus and really created a romantic atmosphere but also the kids loved it. We had all amendites neccessary to cook, with the welcome basket containing local jams, milk, cereals, tea, fresh coffee and snacks as a bonus. Will definately be booking this premise again.
