My only slight moan was the bed was very hard I know everyone has their own preferences though. I also thought saying it had a sea view and paying extra for it was a little false. Yes we had a sea view if you stood up and looked out of the window to your right but it was not what I imagined.

The property was very comfortable and clean with plenty of comfortable chairs to sit and enjoy the hotel. The bar meals we had were excellent.

Shower pressure or lack of!! Sound proofing needed. I think the hotel wasn't busy and guest were quite respectful but no one could avoid keys clanging when they are require to lock the door from both the inside and outside and it has a big metal keyring. We could also hear people people in other rooms even though they weren't speaking loudly. Not bothersome in these circumstances but it could be a problem.

The only issue was the noise from the room above, they weren't being noisy they were just walking but you could hear each step, as it turned out the guesses in that room were very quite and went to bed the same time as me so it wasn't an issue but could have been.

The staff were excellent and very welcoming, they were very helpful. The service was very quick and the food was amazing. The breakfast was very filling and the views/ garden was great. The room was very nice and had everything you would expect, the whole hotel was very clean.

The room was spacious, clean and the bed extremely comfortable. Breakfast was very good with quite a good choice. Location is super, very close to the centre of St Peter's Port, yet secluded enough for a quiet sleep. Staff was absolutely wonderful.

Steep hill to get to hotel. Streetside was loud on weekends (pubs close by) Rooms that had not been renovated were very basic.

First room was very loud on the street side. Staff moved me to a quieter room which was lovely. Good view of harbour. Lots of space. Staff was friendly, smiling, willing to help. Service in bar and restaurant was excellent. Food was well cooked and presented.

The room was boiling - managed to cool it a little bit by turning the radiator off and opening the window as much as possible but still very warm.

Absolutely spotless - it looked like our shower had never been used it was that clean. Lovely cooked breakfast. Comfy bed and nice pillows. Pleasant staff.

Food was ok but very ordinary. Lacking in flavour. Climb up the hill was a challenge at first but we soon acclimatised.

Given the cost of staying in Hotels in Guernsey, the Pandora was a more economic option than many. What I hadn't expected was such a pleasantly warm, nicely furnished clean room and a comfortable bed! The staff were welcoming and helpful throughout our short stay and the evening meal our party had was significantly better than I'd anticipated. I would have no hesitation about staying there again.

Lots of steps around the hotel and up to the front door. Would be an issue for people with mobility problems (one of our party was awaiting a hip replacement)

The room felt a little small, particularly the ensuite. Also took me a little while to find the ocean view in my ‘Sea View’ room (though I did eventually find it!)

I paid for the B&B to be included, and I was very happy with the breakfast they provided. A proper cooked breakfast, and buffet as well. It was fantastic! The dining room also looks out onto a really nice view.

No one told me about the sitting room or garden. It was my birthday and they didn't even offer a birthday drink on the house. .

The garden is very beautiful, lovely sitting room. And marvelous b/fast.
