Nice newly refrubished room and hall ways, wifi code clearly on wall. Desk to work on which is unusual in a budget room like this, usb sockets next to the bed for charging the phone.

Issue with shower drain.

Quiet location close to town centre. No staff on site but keypad opening worked perfectly. Warm room provided with all appropriate essentials including tea/coffee. Perfect for a night's stay.

Difficult to actually find. Very cramped room. Double bed but very little room to walk around the room. Bathroom very cramped

Clean room, comfy bed, perfect location for where I needed to be in Scunthorpe. Usually no staff however someone working helped direct me to my door when I went the wrong way. Code locks work well!

Amazing value for money and looks brand new. Will definitely be stopping again with work and highly recommend. Stopped in most hotels in Scunthorpe and by far the best value for money.

I won't be using this OYO outfit ever again. Two days before I was due to travel, they sent me a WhatsApp message asking me to input my credit card details - after I had already paid the week before, as arranged when I booked! This sounded dodgy, so I phoned their customer service centre (they are a company owning a number of B&Bs, apparently). I was told they didn't use WhatsApp!! I asked for the access code, as there were no staff on site. It would arrive 'soon' they said. On the morning of travel, the code hadn't arrived, so I messaged them. Then, just an hour before my departure, they sent me an email cancelling my reservation "due to some unavoidable circumstances". So I then had to book alternative accommodation. They said they would refund my reservation fee, but they refunded just £3!!! Following my return, I contacted booking.com and they sorted out everything in fine style. Nothing for all the stress, however!! I will never use OYO again, and you can draw yoiur own conclusions from this tale of woe.

The hotel Canceled my stay the morning of check in leaving me stranded with out a room several hours away from home. I spoke with the hotel and was offered little explanation and no compensation. Any other room near by was over twice the price and I was on a course and unable to send time looking for somewhere, meaning by the end of the day I had no where to stay. Very poor service

Firstly, we arrived at 5pm and was unable to get a hold of anyone to receive check in codes for an hour who in fairness was as helpful as he could be but it took a further hour to gain access to property. When we were finally in the room it appeared alright at first glance but when you looked there was layers of dust all over the headboard of the bed.

The bed was comfortable and the property was quiet

I had two nights without heating. I communicated to the Manager after the first night, he said it would be sorted but the next night it happened again. I got locked in the room from the outside twice, so I couldn't get to work on time as it took them about 1h in total to finally get me out of the room. I was moved to another room. They promised verbally a refund but by the time I'm typing this review, I haven't received any email or communication of this being put in place or going to happen.

I had an average stay. The place is clean and you have the basics of what you need in a room.
