The flat we stayed in was modern, clean and functional. Ideal for us as a family and my friends. Location is perfect if you’re are planning to visit the Harry Potter studios, with car park and close to the train station, so very well connected to London.

Hemel is looking worn at the edges these days, suffering like many town centres outside of the more affluent areas of England, so sad to see its decline since I worked in the area 30 years ago.

Martin was excellent and gave us great advice on local pubs and restaurants. The location was walking distance from the old town and park which was a lovely place to walk the dog and watch the world go by. The old church provides a picturesque background and there are several great coffee shops overlooking the area, plus a number of decent pubs.

We had a great stay! We had a walk to the shopping center and the water gardens. The apartment was much bigger than we expected, it was clean and the host Martin was extremely helpful. The location was also great, as we walked to the trainstation in 15 minutes, and it was only a 30 minutes ride to London.

All was well described, we felt very comfortable and beeing taken care off. Martin was of a great help with all questions we had. He helped us with transportation and advised about surroundings. In the apartment there is a washing&drying machine which is just brilliant when you stay few days and spent most of the time traveling/sightseeing.

So recommendations...crockery needs a restock, plates glasses didn't match. 3 tea spoons and no can opener was a little annoying. The dining table is not big enough, we really struggled for space on the table. Another chair in the lounge area would have been welcome and some additional lighting nice. You have an amazing space however some additional touches would improve it. The shower head needs looking at also. None of this would stop us visiting again just some thought to gain you an overall 10.....thank you again for the efficiency of the booking process. Kind Regards

First, thank you Martin for meeting us and the warm welcome. The apartment is very clean,spacious,light, and warm. Well equipped with washing machine, iron, and lovely lovely fridge freezer.Thank you for milk and water on arrival, lovely touch. Bedding clean and plenty of room. Beds and seating comfortable. Bathroom also fantastic...we were generally delighted. So close to the town and so many walking spaces in the area. Definitely would visit again.

Stayed for a long weekend whilst visiting Harry Potter Studio tour. This apartment is in a great location 15min drive from the studio and 2minute walking distance into Hemel hempstead centre where all of the shops are. The apartment was absolutely perfect and exceeded our expectations, loads of space and very comfy beds! The hosts were super attentive and were able to help with our every need at a moments notice. Would definitely look to book this place again if we ever revisited

Great and speedy communications with Martin. Very comfy beds, comfy pillows and lovely bedding (plenty of extra pillows too). Nice additional touches - milk, water, tea, coffee, cereal, bathroom accessories, plenty of loo rolls, nice towels, free WiFi etc, great heating and plenty of hot water. Well equipped kitchen. Good parking, great location for Harry Potter Studios and close to train for London.

it was easy to find and not far away from shops , restaurants and not far from Harry Potter Warner brothers studio to.

Property was in a great location, 5 minutes walk to shopping Center. was easy to find and the apartment it self was lovely and we were surprised by the size as it was very spacious. it was clean and tidy and we all had a great time there. was plenty big enough of a family of 5 using the apartment.

The property is directly next to the busy ‘magic roundabout’ and is therefore continuously noisy when the windows are open.

Great location for Hemel town centre, the station (15 min walk) and the cinema (5 min with car). 30 minutes with the train into London. Great host, parking and facilities in the flat.

to walk upstairs 2 floors which wasn’t a problem for us but our 68 year old mum had problems walking upstairs slightly it would have been good if there was lift

Everything ! It was made easy for us. 👍 Martin met us with the keys and talked us through the process, and gave good info on local restaurants and commuting into London. Some lovely touches with cereals, tea, coffee, and milk in the fridge!! It had everything we needed and more. Sky telly, 2 bathrooms, and a fan to keep you cool if it’s hot. Road outside was a little noisy, but didn’t effect the break. The main roundabout is a bit busy but okay once you have driven it a couple of times and know which direction you are going in. It’s a short walk into the new Hemel town with lots of shops etc. We commuted into London and Harry Potter world easily from the apartment. You can catch the train 5 mins away or drive in from the apartment which we did because of the trains strikes. Found parking where Martin recommended just outside the congestion charge in London. Tring history museum not far away which is a nice visit. Parking at the accommodation was easy with your own designated bay. I would stay here again, Thank you Martin.
