Great Location, excellent host, awesome accommodation in Jewellery Quarters, very close to major concert Hall Utilita , Great nearby local bars with free live music, great restaurants, great eating places 👌👌👌 nearby Tesco Metro, very close to amenities but just far away to be beautifully quiet all night long… and very pleasant gentle friendly locals!! Thank you Johnny!! Awesome place!!! Loved every minute!! 👌👌👌💕💕💕🙏🙏🙏

It was romantic and very well layed out , it was clean and smelt amazing as soon as I walked in , the colour co ordination with the red , whites , and the silvers looked fabulous.

Parking was a bit of a faff and I couldn't get the TV to work. Neither that much of an issue though

As others have said Johnny was very helpful and a great host. The room is really an unexpected gem. We were looking to stay in the Jewellery Quarter so this place was ideal. Quirky decor and a real escape from the surroundings

The towels could do with being a little bigger.

Very well presented as soon as you walk through the front door.amd the suite is beautiful. Has everything that you really need. We booked this because we had a concert at the Utilita arena and this was perfectly placed, short walk from it. There's bars and shops literally on the doorstep as well.

I couldn't move in permanently! It is perfection!

The space is not enough to begin to even explain! The host is the friendliest, happy, kind and considerate man you could meet. He is the best host I have ever encountered worldwide! He was wonderful and unintrusive. Nothing was too much for him. Amazing gentleman! From the outside it is beautiful with a costa next door and a tesco literally across the road (opens at 6am too) From the moment you walk into the main entrance, you are transported into pure and utter opulence and decadence. It is exceptionally clean and the decor is literally to die for. There are 3 different apartments. As no one else was renting them, the host allowed us to view each. I cannot describe how beautiful each different apartment is! You are literally spoilt for choice. I wanted to redecorate my whole house after seeing the way they have designed their properties. Each one is colour co-ordinated and has been completed to the highest of standards. How this is not listed on the best rental properties in the UK, I am bewildered! My standards are ridiculously high and I am the first to complain if I do not get what I pay for. Please trust me when I say that this stay will exceed any expectation you could ever imagine. 100 star rating with ease. I would never have thought after travelling around the world that my best host and overnight stay experience (based on the property) would be in Birmingham, UK. If you do not choose this property, you are missing out (BIG TIME!!!) I am so sorry, but I was so busy being in awe I did not take photos....However, the images do not do it justice in the slightest. You just have to see it!

Can't think of anything. Honestly it's beautiful

Greeted by a lovely Mr Johnny. Showed us to our room. The interior in the building is absolutely beautiful. Lots of time and thoughts put into it. It even smelt beautiful. Our apartment was spotlessly clean and large. We even had Rose petals on the bed. Lovely big TV with netflix. And plenty of of mood lighting.

The gentleman that greeted us was feiendly and easy to talk to. He showed us arround everywhere. Everththing was spotless and bed was so comfy. And i loved the shower it was amazing. Will deffinatley stay here again

This was a wonderful place to stay and we would stay again. All I would ask for are bigger towels!

Very central location (5 minute taxi from Birmingham city centre) and it was useful to have amenities right opposite the apartment (including Tesco express). The property itself was very clean, spacious and comfortable and had everything we needed. We had a good night’s sleep. John was a friendly host and readily available to make sure we had everything we needed.

genuinely can’t think of any issues or things I did not like. great value for money

the room was extremely kitted out, great attention to detail. I noticed that this not only specialised in looking like a great place to stay, but also out a focus on the little things. a lot of very present extras such as the taps glowing - once on full blast - the vibrant curtains, and the morning automatic coffee machine. the room also had a very snug, cozy, or natural feel about it, and although my time outside the room was hectic (having alot of work to do) when u can back and lied down on the bed it was instant confort and relaxation - very easy to get a nap/or a good sleep. also the host was very nice, I arrived about 2 hours before checkin due to arrival issues and not only did he put a film on, but also gave me a nice cold bottle of water - and especially when you have a hangover, cold water is soo greatly appreciated.
