Just worried about the shower seems to leak alot making you paranoid

Absolutely beautiful, quirky property that was immaculately clean and smelled beautiful. Fantastic facilities including large, smart TVs in bedrooms and lounge. Fully stocked kitchen with all the pots, pans, dinner sets and again spotlessly clean in all areas. Arrived to a nice warm home with a welcoming feel and a bottle of Asti was a lovely touch 🍾..... As it was my first visit to Blaenau Ffestiniog I asked the host many questions prior to our visit that were answered in such a friendly way..... We would love to return as couldn't fault the place in any way. I'd highly recommend it to anyone 🙂 even though the hosts weren't physically here, all queries are answered promptly which is a massive bonus

A little tricky to find (we were on motorcycles, but it would have been easy in a car with a passenger doing the navigation. The access road is small, not for the faint hearted or wide cars!

No info on parking until after booking. Needs mentioning in the listing. One space only, which was occupied when we arrived but sorted quickly. Town is a bit run-down, lots of empty shops, only one place to eat mid-week (curry house, very good, we went twice!)

The property entrance alley had piles of black rubbish bins and the neighbours were a bad sight as they were sitting outside on sofas all the time with loud music and smoking.

Although neighbours are very friendly they can get a bit rowdy :). The pubs are 'old school' and eating out is more functional than inspiring but we had a great time, met some fun locals and had a great time. We are all physically fit but the house layout wouldn't suit anyone with physical disabilities. We parked our car OK (Evoke) but a big/long car wouldn't be easy to park or easy to drive along some of the local roads.

Location was great, we were booked into ZipWorld so it was a few minutes away. The house is well equipped, clean and comfortable. The neighbours were helpful with parking our car as it is a tight squeeze. Everyone in Blaenau Festiniog is friendly but don't expect posh restaurants and cosy pubs!

The allocated parking spot needs definition of space, (we were sent pic from hosts) as we were unable to park our large car in without upsetting the neighbours.

It was a perfect place for our short trip, Hussle free check in, easy parking and great instructions from the hosts how to get there. Super clean and fresh plus well equipped with everything you may need. I will definitely book it again.

Nothing of note. If we were to be overly critical, the shower tray may need replacing soon as it feels as if the supports have gone and is a bit ‘spongy’.

Great value for money given the pricing in Porthmadog. This is a much larger property with better facilities than we could find on the coast for a fraction of the money.
