Needs some refurbishment to rooms. Toilet seat loose and needs replacing and room ceiling water stained. For the price we paid had no complaint and will stay here again if its a good price.

Stayed here several times before. Clean and quiet with a bath and plenty of hot water. Replacement tea, coffee, toiletries all available near reception.

This was a lovely clean comfortsble hotel. Very nice bath and shower, so nice to have the opton of showere or bath. Bed was comfy/cozy and a view of a nice cutura area of ghe town. Amazjngly good price. We visit regiarly due to out home renovation, and feel like we are on holiday. Stsff are nice at receptikn and cleaning staff are efficient and always helpful on evdry stay.

Tv was really small in the room hard to see, parking was available over the road at wish tower beaware of vandalism my windscreen was smashed and roof dented.

Bathroom tiny and fan very noisy but screw was loose so I fixed it. Other occupants noisy walking through corridor. No info on who to call in an emergency as no staff on duty at night. Website said there's a restaurant and breakfast available but this was closed 4 years ago. False advertising.

We had a beautiful view of the beach from our window. Basic hotel that serve its purpose. Excellent price for the quality. Near by the pier and local shops.

Great location on the sea front, close to town centre. The room was cosy and I felt at home. There's a great lounge facing the sea that is under-used, but is peaceful and a good place to read!

What I did not like was when the staff offered me if I would like to stay in the basement. I checked first. But did not like it because it is a place where they parked their bikes. It was discouraging.

On this occasion our bathroom in room no 10 was in need of complete refurbishment and the sliding door was off its hinges and very difficult to manage. Our bedroom ceiling was badly water stained. I would however stay here again if the price was right as this compensated for the issues we had.

We have stayed here several times before and always found it clean, very quiet and great value for money. It is very close to the Eastbourne theatres.

The shower had definitely seen better days, door wasn't attached very well and quite a bit of mould around it. My only other complaint would be the curtains! Unless we were doing something very wrong there wasn't enough curtain to cover all the windows, it was like it was missing one. We ended up having to use the telescope and chairs to close the gaps!

The location was great and check in was very easy, just had to give my first name! Bed was comfortable, room was clean enough, it was an adequate hotel for somewhere to get our heads down for the night.

Nothing - for the price it was perfect.

Great value accommodation, warm welcome, great location. The room was clean, comfortable and there was a great sea view. Plenty of supplies for coffee and tea in your room. Whilst there is no food there are plenty of places to eat nearby. Parking right in front of the hotel.

Dirt on the stair case and corridor; for 2 days no one hoovered the mud. No iron in the room. No lift/ Out of order. The view (it was to the rear of the hotel with a dirty roof below)..

Across the street is the seafront. 1 minute walk. It was clean in the room, carpet was properly hoovered, yuppie! Receptionist called us to check the arrival time to make sure he won't miss it. The room had a good layout with a double bed Window was clean and changed to a modern plastic double glazed window. It didn't open but just the fact it was a normal one. The sink tap was also modern and had a decent tap. The lounge had new and clean chairs, sofas etc. Room service available everyday.

We had a pleasant, room with a very comfortable bed. The room had all facilities we wanted. Nice helpful staff. This hotel was a perfect location, close to restaurants and the pretty promenade.
