The only negative for my stay was the weather. But the rain beating off the hut just added to the cozyness of the hut. So the negative was a positive.

The location was stunning. Beautiful scenery, perfect escape from city life. The hot tub was wonderful. Watching the sheep and bunny rabbits was a highlight. The kitchen and bathroom area was clean and tidy. And the main hut had everything you could want. The welcome package left by the owner was a lovely surprise with some eggs and some milk and a small bottle of wine and cider. The surrounding area was so picturesque and close to Whitby and robin hoods bay for a walk around the quirky shops and amazing fish and chips.

The weather was against us!

This is my second visit and I love the hut. it’s so cute, perfectly equipped with everything you could need, set in beautiful landscape and so quiet and peaceful. it’s a short drive to Whitby for a day out. Alex the host is so lovely and really looks after you.

The rabbits in the field next door,my cocker spaniel had way to much fun trying to catch them

Went for peace and quiet,and you get that in abundance here,very quiet and peaceful,the hosts were lovely,nothing was to much trouble for them,and the family food van on site(Vagabond comfort foods)delivers right to your door,and the foods very good.so if you need somewhere to unwind,I'd highly recommend this place.

Lovely place to stay, nice and cosy. Views were beautiful. Definitely the place to be for a quiet getaway and time to relax. Owners/staff were always a call away should you need them. Delicious on site food delivery van too if you don't fancy Cooking.

Alex left us eggs, milk, breakfast cereals. The huts are equipped with a breakfast maker (combined toaster with both poached and boiled eggs, an air fryer and a toasted sandwich maker and all utensils

The location was superb with views across the valley towards leaholme...very quiet with only a few cows and sheep for company. The huts were clean and everything worked fine. Alex said call her if we needed anything, but all was good so we didnt have too. Good place if you need peace and quiet.

The scenery was amazing! The location was perfect for site seeing, Only a short drive from Whitby. The host was lovely and made us feel very welcome. The hut was very well equipped and the Milk, Eggs and Wine were much appreciated. Cannot wait to go back!
