Bedroom blinds do nothing to block out light. WiFi a bit hit and miss. Sometimes worked sometimes didn't. But phone signal was good so switched between both. Radiators great for heating the rooms, but wooden floors always cold. Bring slippers. Minor things and wouldn't stop me booking again.

There were no curtains or blinds to cover the very large windows in the kitchen, nor anything between the kitchen and living room. A couple of rugs would have made it feel a bit cosier. It's quite difficult driving round the back of the house - some very tight corners.

Very convenient location for visiting family. We were only there for one night so were unable to make full use of the very well equiped kitchen. Living area was very comfortable, but lacked a bit of atmosphere. The bed was very comfortable.

The parking was a little tricky getting round tight corners but owners sent great instructions andyou do have parking right up to the door! and you can park on the community car park free so definitely worth booking value for money Matt and Lynn we're very accommodating

Loved the big kitchen, and our double bed was so comfortable,they thought of everything we had bread,milk,coffee,tea and sugar even cereals!! Shampoo and hand wash in bathroom nice soft towels dvds etc couldn't fault it and absolutely spotless

Bunk beds were a little soft and squeaky. Would be great for small kids but we had 2 teenagers who would have struggled if over 3 nights.

Great location for York, Leeds and Wetherby. House was perfect for a family and welcome pack was great. Location super easy for shops and restaurants. Communication from the owners was very clear and timely would definitely book again.

It was a perfectly located property for a very short walk in to the town centre. There was everything we needed for our one-night stay, but it looked like a longer stay would be dry comfortable too. The parking, and directions to where to park, was ideal and secure.

As a couple with two kids, we couldn't have asked for a more perfect apartment. Its strategic location, just a short 20 to 30-minute drive from York, was incredibly convenient for our family adventures. Set within the charming village of Wetherby, we were immediately impressed by the well-designed layout, which featured a variety of shops and restaurants. What truly stood out to us was how thoughtfully equipped the property was with all the essential amenities. This made our stay not only comfortable but also hassle-free, catering to the needs of both us and our children.
