Lovely large caravan which really was a home from home. Comfy, warm, and good location. Communication was excellent with the owner. Wouldn't hesitate in staying there again.

Very spacious well equipped caravan. Outside verandah with table and chairs where we could make the most of the October sunshine. It was clean and tidy with everything that you would need. Parking next to the 'van.

The only one negative was the noise from the workers who work on lavers caravan parks driving up and down the road next to the caravan at 7.30am, wasn't ideal when your on holiday but apart from that I would definitely book again.

Lovely and clean home from home caravan, perfect location. Only a 20mins walk into ingoldmells and about 10min drive into skegness. Few bars/pubs outside the caravan park, plenty of arcades, shops and takeaways.

The caravan was lovely and clean and modern and spacious liked the wifu has my phone signal wasn't very good and liked they had netflix the caravan is in a central place not out of way beach not far 5 min walk woodys bar nice food 2 minute walk shop across road would recommend the caravan the host was very good.

This was a short break by the sea for us and our dog. Communication with the owner was very good and everything clear. Caravan was a good standard and we were very comfortable and at home. Close proximity to the beach, which was great. Altogether a really enjoyable break.

I can’t think of anything that could have been better. If I were to list anything it would just be nit picking considering our overall experience.

We had an absolutely brilliant stay at Jades Haven. We were a little unsure as we usually stay in hotels but my mum had stayed here before so we thought we’d give it a go and I’m glad we did. It was very clean and comfortable and large enough that we didn’t feel on top of each other. Lots of little nik naks and all the home comforts you need. The shower was really impressive too, much more powerful than we expected and we didn’t experience any temperature issues. The smart TV with Netflix was brilliant and helped keep our son quiet after busy days out! Location was great - shop, takeaway, the beach and a big amusement arcade right around the corner. The owner was lovely to deal with, very prompt in responding and really helpful. All in all, a very successful trip and we won’t hesitate to book again :)

the shower is very temperamental. I’ve stayed in over 50 caravans and never had so much trouble setting the temperature. The tiniest movement sends it either red hot or very cold.

The shower was a little bit temperamental but perhaps we were doing it wrong. Didn't really bother us. That was the one thing we can think of we didn't like.

Excellent excellent caravan. Extremely clean and you can really tell the owners look after it like their own home. It had everything there even a pull out ironing board! Lovely big bed in the main room and the sofa bed was massive and comfy! We loved sitting out on the veranda at night in the sunshine very nice place to sit and relax after a day at the beach/funfair. Excellent location very close to fish and chip shops, shops and amusements etc... Would massively recommend! Also, Woodys bar is great, 5 min walk and air conditioned for that really hot day!
