Not good with mobility issues, as up a hill, and no access to rooms, only via stairs.

Beds were a bit soft and springy, but probably a personal preference.

Lovely room, great shower and bath. Has onsite parking which is a big plus in Whitby. Location is superb, short walk down the hill to the town. All round great accomodation. Really impressed.

Perfect location to Whitby with a manageable walk to town. Great off street parking and our room even had a door straight to our car so luggage was easy. Room was nice and comfortable and had all the bits and pieces for our stay including a small fridge. Would stay here again in a heartbeat beat. Excellent

The property is absolutely fantastic. The best I have stayed in for many years of travelling. Absolutely faultless, comfortable bed, great bath, mini fridge stocked with goodies. I have no hesitation in recommending this property which is well deserving of the 10 out 10 score I have awarded it.

We think with the size of the room it could do with a small table and a couple of chairs to make your cup of tea and have a bit of breakfast on, possibly in the bay window instead of sofa? A little more signage and info on the website to explain charges for the electric charge point.

Lovely large room, ample parking, host was lovely, location fine. Good heating for a large room.

The location is great ten min walk into town but if you are less mobile you may need to take your car as quite a steep hill, my sister has knee problems so she struggled a bit...

First time staying here and gill has thought of everything, room was spacious very clean all items were quality, bed was so comfy, it is only room only but theres water, pop, juice, porridge biscuits tea/ coffee provided, we loved our stay. It's only a ten min walk into town. If you aren't very mobile, it's quite a steep hill. Also number 33 has plenty of parking spaces.

Arrived early and was able to park the car so we could take advantage of a full day in Whitby. Arrived up at the room after lunch, we were given the code to the door a few days prior to arrival. our room was fab it had a big bath in the room and was surprised to see it also had a shower. Lots of little complimentary bits, such as tea, coffee, milk, cereal bar, biscuits, bottled water, cans of pop, orange juice and porridge, shower to gel and bubble bath. This is our second stay and would definitely recommend. Thank you again for a lovely stay

We would def stay again if returning to Whitby.. The room was amazing. The facilities was probs the best we have had in a long time.. The extras in room was much appreciated as in cold drinks left in fridge and biscuits and and snacks left on tea tray. Also provided free parking which is a plus to us.

There was a few cobwebs on the high ceilings so probably a bit difficult to get to. The shower was boiling hot when my husband went in but perfect for me when I went in first!😉

Modern style. Great communication with the owner. We nearly had to cancel but the owner was very caring and said would honour our booking on another date but worked out in the end. Ev charging for a reasonable rate and parking. All the extras, drinks/water/porridge were a great touch.

The only slight fault is the overflow of the bath leaks straight onto the floor - found a towel on the floor already in place to catch the water.

The room was perfect, spotlessly clean with a much appreciated supply of tea / coffee / milk / biscuits & porridge - fantastic. Parking excellent as is the location of Number 33, would love to visit again.

Spotlessly clean, nice staff, not too r from the centre of town and free parking. They also have a charging port if you have an EV. Very useful after a long drive.
