We were on the 4th floor and there was no noise from outside or the hallways. Beds were comfortable and breakfast was great. Kids loved the pancakes.

The only thing which was a bit disappointing was that there wasn't any bottles of water in our hotel room bit when we went downstairs to ask for the bottles the staff were very friendly and helpful :)

We really enjoyed our hotel room, very clean , nice and cosy plus we had an en suite bathroom and shower. Most of all the staff were very friendly and welcoming and helpful.

The parking is very tight. And I had to figure out how to find the car park as the road was closed. I don't know if I will get a fine or not for trying to find the car park. Elevators very slow. They some times didn't come, so I had to take the stairs.

find somewhere else for lunch if you are waiting for your room to be ready took 20 min before my order was taken and simple sandwich served. very limited menu...................... also the street the hotel is located on is not the best homeless guest on the street outside the entrance.

Pillows needed updating (glad I brought my own) and it was a little noisy outside due to its location.

The air con is almost non-existent and the toilet being in a closet next to the room door is weird.

I checked in very late, so was given a roadside room on a lower floor - which was a bit noisy. Not the fault of the hotel, more the fact that my travel had been delayed.

Had to move to another room as the battery was low in the bedroom safe and therefore would not function. The fridge wasn't working, no smart tv, bathroom sink was not draining water properly. Light beside bed now working. Swimming pool had cold water. We booked this hotel because of the swimming pool for the family to enjoy but could not enjoy it due to water temperature. There was a man in the pool with a camera phone the entire time which made us feel uncomfortable. There were no hotel staff in the pool area. Sofa bed was uncomfortable.

Facilities such as bar were great, very clean and presentable hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful, great customer service. We did not get disturbed by noise.

The snacks in the foyer are ridiculously expensive £2.50 for a Kit Kat and £5.49 for Oreo bites is just stupid!

It’s a few minutes walk to the train station and just up the road from a great Greek restaurant! Parking is great and reasonably priced. Alex in the bar was very friendly and welcoming , we enjoyed chatting with him and wish him well for the future.

When we arrived the sauna was out if use (part of the reason we booked here) and the Bluetooth speaker in our room didn't work and when we reported to reception just told nothing they could do. Also very over priced for drinks etc

The pool is a lovely addition but a lady came in with 4 small children which made it almost unusable for a quiet morning swim. Could there be swim only times or an area laned off?

Room comfortable, spotless and very peaceful. Location just around the corner from train station so easy to get into central London. Breakfast was good and the staff very pleasant and smiling. Parking was easy to use and book.
