You have to expect it will be small. Not in a bad way just don't expect it to be big!!!

Beds were comfy, apartment in very nice condition and prime location in London. 10 min walk to two tube stations. Staff was very friendly and responsive.

Everything was great,the apartment is wonderful.The staff was very comminicative,they informed us about everything in time. The property was very-very clean. You can find everything in the kitchen you need.The 2 bed was really comfortable. There are a lot of furnitute to put coats,clothes in. The heating system worked very well,it was a bit cold outside. The apartement is situated in a very nice and quiet street near the bus stops and metro station. The best apartement I've ever stayed at. Next time I will stay there too if I visit London.

Exceptional team, very co-operative. The property was 2 min from Notting Hill Station (Green/Yellow/Red lines). The value for money ratio (speaking from experience having been in other similar apartments in london ) is really high. Perfect 10

The bed was a little soft but the extra sofa bed was comfortable.

The location is fantastic… near all the attractions but on a quiet safe road. The check in was faultless. Oliver was polite and helpful. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable with lots of lovely local coffee shops and restaurants.

Everything was great

The location was very nice, few minutes from Notting Hill Gate underground stop, while the busses were just around the corner. You can also walk few minutes to Hyde park or even to the center in about 30-40 minutes. Ubers were also available anytime at a reasonable price. All the amenities were as described and true to the pictures. The kitchen came very handy to cook some breakfast or other meals and there were grocery options around the corner. The hosts had thought of everything . Communication via WhatsApp group was great as well. Overall a great experience at this apartment , and I would definitely recommend it or revisit when in London.

The bed was terrible. It was saggy and in need of replacement and the frame broke on our last night. And there was a broken plug. Very small bathroom.

Perfect! Beautiful flat, fab location, clean, spacious (we were 3 adults and a toddler), provided a cot with mattress and bedding. Met in person to get the keys and be shown around, hosts avaliable on Whatsapp for anything we needed during our stay. Will be returning for our next London trip! Thought the price was really reasonable for the location.

We had a small problem and we tripped one of the circuit breakers. It would have been nice to have a sign or information about where the breaker panel was located. As it was, we had a short time without power until we got the word about where the panel was located. The hosts came over while we were gone and took care of the problem. Communications were great all along the way.

Perfect location, close to Notting Hill Gate tube station. Lots of nearby restaurants, pubs, and shops. We had very little noise from the street, except occasionally. Getting in and out of the unit was very easy. The apartment was clean and comfy. I would stay here again!

The apartment was in a great location. It was extremely well equipped and had excellent living space. The communication coming up to and during the stay was excellent.

I wish it had a washer dryer, instead of just the washing machine. Given we are a family of three on holiday we needed clothes washed and dried fast. Having a washing rack about the place all the time just made it a little messy and cluttered.

We liked everything about the place. The pictures definitely don’t do this place justice. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. The customer service was bang on. We discovered a leak and broken door handle it was all attended to very quickly. The location is absolutely perfect. Completely LOVED it!

Great location. 4 min walk to underground and 15 min walk to Portobello Market. Staff were very friendly and made for a smooth check-in and out process.
