Small room, wardrobe next to bed, so when turning, hit head on side of wardrobe. Windows need repair, wood needs replacing. Breakfast very sparse (portions) more like a child’s portion.

Location was fab, near buses routes, city centre, gardens and Pier. Staff were welcoming, friendly and willing to help

Would have liked instructions on how to use the shower we found it a bit complicated as we are both elderly and take time working things out. Our fault not theirs . Only there one night and did not have time to explore all facilities.

Ground floor room, quiet and comfortable . Staff very polite and friendly. Breakfast very good. Clean and comfortable everything we required was available in room.

No fault of the staff but the hotel was so busy we couldn’t book breakfast or dinner and due to bad weather it was difficult taking my disabled mother out in a wheelchair to have food so we ended up eating sandwiches in our room. Room service would be ideal in these kinds of situation but unfortunately it isn’t offered. :-(

This is my favourite hotel in Bournemouth, it’s in a great location, the rooms are spotless and comfortable and what really makes it special is the staff. They go out of their way to help you and are so friendly, a real asset to the business.

Hotel is a bit dated. Leisure facilities were poor. The swimming pool had a green mildew forming on the water line, and the water was not clear. The swimming pool needs a good clean

Room was very tired , armchairs with holes , windows couldnt open so no fresh air , also windows could do with little cleaning ,wallpaper above the beds needs changing .Floor by the swimming pool rusty .

Leisure facilities very tired. Chairs very dirty in swimming pool - needed a real scrub! Left green mould on my son’s towel. Changing rooms not fit for purpose… we went back to shower in our room.

Room was clean and comfortable. Lots of tea and coffee and biscuits. Bunk bed had been secured with safety rail. Plenty of towels. Good shower. My son loved the jacuzzi! Breakfast was adequate, cooked breakfast was good.

Mattress too soft. Wasn’t allowed to extend checkout by one hour without paying an extra . Music at bar sounded tinny. At least get a decent speaker system.

Slightly dated and in my opinion in need of a full refurb and modernization. Slip proof bath matt that was put away in the wardrobe looked very grubby and we didn’t want to use it. No toiletries in our room.
