Note that the parking space is very tight for any car built after 1970. The promise of a view over to the Purbecks is being impacted by the new building work.

The property is beautiful. Within walking distance of Town centre, countless restaurants and Pubs.Perfectly situated to explore Poole. The owner is a pleasure to deal with.

As above, could do with a new saucepan plus maybe another. Could do with more glasses (appreciate this probably get broken easily and not informed to you).

Everywhere was clean and the cupboard had hoover, airer, iron etc. There was cleaning products under the kitchen sink, washing up liquid and hand soaps provided in kitchen as well as cloth and washing up sponge. There was also herbs, oil etc in the cupboard which may be handy for some. Hadn't even realised there was 2 bathroom when booking so that was a nice surprise and these were very clean with plenty of towels. Communication with the host was great with clear instructions on finding the flat and photos to accompany this. The key in the door can be stiff (we were warned) but was all good. The car parking space in tight but doable (we have a long estate car). We found emptying car boot before parking helped. Fans were provided (possibly after previous reviews suggested them) as the flat is warm so these were welcome and used. The road is quite noisy which in the summer with the windows open did affect sleep, but no enough to stop us coming again. Excellent location to walk around. We walked to the RNLI buildings, over the bridge to the port and over the other bridge. Also walked to the Quay where lots of restaurants are. Asda is walkable for food if needed. The kitchen has enough for cooking simple meals. (One pan has no handle which needs replacing). More saucepans and more glasses could be useful especially as the flat can sleep 5.

It is on a very busy road, with a construction site opposite. We were informed about the construction site before our trip. The shower in the en-suite was very strong.

The building site work started early on the Saturday morning right outside the flat. Luckily it’s not on the Sunday.

We appreciated the owner telling us about the building work across the road ,it didn't make much difference to us as we were out all day and the location of the apartment outweighed the view.

The Location of the apartment was ideal to walk to the Quay in 5mins. The sofa was very comfortable and the beds were super cosy.The apartment was very clean and inviting. Bonus was the parking at the apartment.

The only minor issue I had was that the internet was a bit slow at times, but it wasn't a big deal for me.

I recently stayed at this apartment and I have to say that everything was great. The apartment was exactly as it was depicted in the photos and was clean and well-maintained. The location was perfect for me, as it was close to all the places I needed to go to. The amenities provided were good and I had everything I needed to make my stay comfortable. The apartment was spacious and had a nice layout. The furniture was comfortable and the kitchen was well-equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils. The bathroom was clean and had a good shower.

Location is fantastic, within walking distance to the harbour, restaurants, pubs, supermarkets, etc. The apartment was very clean, comfy beds, very nicely decorated and had everything we needed for a comfortable sray including private parking.

Excellent host. Communication with easy and quick with any questions. Prime location right next to the harbour and the property exceeded our expectation. Beautiful finishes, comfortable beds and the cupboards had everything you needed such as comfort for washing machine. Can’t wait to return next month.

If anything maybe the host could supply a few fans as the weather was very hot also this could help with the noise from the main road otherwise as mentioned a lovely stay.

It was in a great location though on a busy road so there was a fair bit of noise at night we got over this but wanted to mention. It was very clean it had everything we required for a friends weekend break, it was modern and large in size definitely ideal for anyone wanting to be in Poole in a central location where bars eating areas and trips to many exciting places even a lovely walk into sandbanks. we would definitely stay here again if in the area... we were let down last minute an apartment in sandbanks so this apartment saved our break so we were grateful. lastly thank you to our host he couldn't have been more helpful thanks again.
