It was a bit longer walk from the train station than we realized.

Lovely large room and best bathroom of our trip. Beds were comfortable, everything was clean and we were right next door to a sunny dining room. We enjoyed relaxing in the bow window. Nice to have fridge, microwave and a great coffee maker.

Shower curtain held up using extending rail rather than one attached to the wall - had a tendency to fall down. Plug missing from sink.

Generous buffet breakfast. A little way out of the city centre but walkable in less than 10 mins from Haymarket station, 15-20 mins to Princes Street.

The bedroom was quite noisy with some sort of heating device beside it that seemed to ramp up at night so they might need to look at this for light sleepers. But when I voiced this we were moved so they were quite helpful.

Check in system with the keys was great for easy access. Initially was in a bedroom that was quite noisy at night but when I voiced my concerns. They moved us to a different room that was much better. Andreas and Rachel the staff member was great in this department.

I was freezing for one of the nights as the bedding isn't very good to say it was Edinburgh in the winter. Didn't see any staff at all while we were there. The room backed on to a patio but we couldn't get the doors to open.

Price was great for 4 of us staying, and we were a group of friends so didn't mind staying in the same room. Lots of room between us, and the bathroom was fine.

The general state is clean but it needs a refresh. The shower is a bit outdated and difficult to run.

Lovely staff, place is very spacious. Complimentary breakfast came in handy as we had an early start for tours. Easy entry and communication throughout accessing the keys and during our stay to ensure comfort. Would highly recommend. They even had some sweets for the kids on arrival.

Unfortunately the shower was not working 100% but the bathtub was. So I got to take a nice bath shower after all day walking.

Cool place. Near tourist zones by bus and even walking. There's a grosery store nearby. Check in and out are contactless which was good because I arrived 2am because airplane delay.

The only negative for me was that the furniture was a little old. I could not open the window, because it turned out to be very old and inconvenient to use. Various sounds were also very audible, so I advise you to work on noise insulation.

In general, I really liked staying at the hotel. Convenient location, easy to get keys and good communication with me as a guest on the app. I liked the room, it is big enough, the bathroom and bed are comfortable. Thanks for the coffee and sweets.

1- I checked in twice and on the first day of each stay the housekeeping missed to tidy up my room and had to remind the receptionst. 2- There were road constructions and therefore blockage, which caused me massive inconvenience regarding the taxi booking; I had to carry my heavy suitcases with me in the street until I find a good place for taxi pickup location. 3- They sent me a discount code, which did not work for rebooking and I did not receive their on time support to solve this issue (only when I finished rebooking!).

I thank them for the support I received from the cleaning staff and the digital receptionist during my stay and for helping my luggage for extra hours when I checked out/before checking in.

Would be great to have a sink installed in the Lounge Room so that people can wash the bowls and cutlery after eating.

Great location with regular buses stopping exactly in front of the hotel. Easy key access and immediate help from staff when needed. Comfortable, spacious room with bath.
