Cold and poorly isolated, only 1 heater working. Ventilation in bathroom made a lot of noise and took a long time to turn off after switching the light off. Green light of exit was always on and really bothered us when we turned off the lights to sleep. Also the room was not super clean (lots of spider webs, huge spider on the corner).

The flat needs urgent renovations. Everything is falling off the walls. Main door automatic lock was not working. Our room also had the lock unscrewed from the door. Our pillows had some suspect stains. It's one of the first ever bad reviews I give, as for a > 100£/night booking you expect not luxury, but at least, not this.

Location was near all the transportation bus lines we needed.

There’s no place in front of the property to park and take your luggage out, however the parking place in the corner was good and not that far.

Our bedroom was really spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was simple but it was a nice to have.

The walls are a bit thin, so sometimes you can hear noise from other rooms. The staircase was a bit smelly on two occasions. In order to open the room door two locks have to be operated at the same time, which is uncomfortable if you have something in your hands. It would have been great to have a plug option for EU plugs, either by providing an adaptor or by having an international-friendly socket. The baked goods provided at breakfast were super rubbery and industrial.

The room was large and sunny, the property is overall very beautiful. The house is located right next to a bus stop, which makes transfers to the city and the airport quite easy. There are many good food options in the nearby haymarket. I had a problem with an item I forgot in the room, and the staff were super friendly and effective in helping me solve the problem.

The heater was not functioning so our stay there was very cold. Staff couldn't fix the boiler and could only provide extra blankets at the last day of our stay.

I don't think there was anything wrong, it was very reasonably priced so this place more than met my expectations for the price.

I loved the size of the bedroom and spacious bathroom. There were loads of wardrobe space to store clothes. There was also a large desk. Plus two chairs and a coffee table - I was in room 1 and loved the view overlooking the garden. I liked that there was a communal fridge, kettle and microwave available in the residents lounge/dining room. The bus service is excellent and the Airport Bus stops just across the road.

At night sound coming from heaters may be due to old ones, breakfast was cold not good, no staffs were present at breakfast for attending to customers.

Certain small things could have been done to enhance the overall look of the room, dusting higher up as cobwebs, paint over stains on wall, found a few hairs on the bed when we first arrived, walls are very thin and so unfortunately we could hear everything during the night so did not sleep overly well
