Everything was good but it would convinent if little essentials were there like toilet rolls, chopping board and cooking bits like oil and salt.

Lovely caravan, nice and quiet place near countryside. Comfy beds, cleaned, completed kitchen equipments. Kids will enjoy it as there are shop gameplay near it. It was more than my expectations, love it 😊 and thank you.

There were loads of frying pans but many were unusable and no single lid to match available. The kitchen towel and sofa cushions were smelly (dirty).

The caravan was spacious and well furnished. The location was good and communication with the owner was great.

This was a great little last minute find for us. We wanted something nearby Boardmasters to be nearby teenage son and it was perfectly located. Having never stayed in a static caravan, we found it surprisingly spacious! It was clean and had a well equipped kitchen. We didn't cook, but it was nice to be able to make tea and coffee. It was ready a little early, which was great and the lockbox system worked well. Thanks for a nice short stay! :)

It was very spacious and clean. Bed linen and towels provided smelt beautiful. Full size fridge and bin was a bonus. As was the hoover, ironing board and iron. I know we were meant ti be on holiday, but still needed to be able to keep our home for the week clean and tidy. Would highly recommend this holiday home.

Double bed was ok, but on top of the mattress the owner put memory foam which is at night time slips and my body is trying to fall down on from the edge of the bed. No mobile signal at all.

We have everything we need to stay comfortable. Shop 1 min walk with lots of choice and nice coffee, shop open from 8am to 8pm. Quiet area, 5 min drive to the sea front. Very fast internet.

This is a lovely little caravan that has everything you need for a great stay. My daughter and I loved staying here and did not want to leave. The beds are really comfy, Lounge is a great size. We will definitely return in the future.

Need some info on club house, swimming pool and site in caravan on arrival.

Loved having key code lockers on arrival, easy way to gain access to your caravan with no messing about at reception. Clean and tidy caravan with Netflix and Wi-Fi. Very comfy bed and great shower. Well stocked with kitchen appliances and utensils. Great value for money.

Struggled a bit with the 2 remotes for the tv.

Good location, lovely quiet caravan park with no rowdy stag/hen etc. the loudest noise was cows mooing nearby, very restful.

Website for the overall site stated outdoor pool open to end Sept - it was very closed despite superb weather !! ;-( Entertainment a bit hot or miss as site is out in the countryside. Little to no information in the van for holidaymakers which was a shame - guide to walks, site amenities, rules etc would have been useful - also info on fold out bed in the lounge etc as we didn't find it for our stay.... ?? (Found it packing up and tidying) Been holidaying in Cornwall many years - but found new places on coast walk to Newquay which was a highlight !!

Lovely caravan for a family break - clean and welcoming on arrival - check in etc simple - barrier access and key safe info was perfect for us as we had no idea of arrival time really!! Location fab for access to Porth beach and pet friendly accommodation and beach (seasonal), plus dog exercise nearby ;-) - lovely quiet spot with great beaches on the doorstep - can even walk directly to Newquay highlife if you want a good walk with great views on the way (50 minutes or so on parts of the coast path)

Further out of town than we thought and the roads not safe to walk. So spent a lot of money on taxis. Little mix up about payment before we arrived which was not our fault.

Nice and quiet and has a pool on site. Although the pool was very cold the first day we went. Also thought it came with the booking but it worked out cheap enough as we used it everyday. The place was warm and clean but would need a bit of attention now the season is over. No basic supplies e.g toilet roll, soap, fairy liquid which was supplied anywhere else we have stayed. I had to buy above along with dish cloth and drying cloth. Only one towel for a week it would have been nice to have another. Overall we had a lovely stay but these small things would make a difference.
