We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomRoom was hot and it was difficult to regulate the room temperature; using the thermostat, in the end it was best just switched off! Window did open but it was noisy outside from air conditioning units.
Large comfortable room. Bathroom excellent, great shower + bath. Large screen tv with access to lots of channels. Staff attentive and helpful. Lifts clean and readily available. Bed large and comfortable. Convenient location and very large car park.

United KingdomThere was nothing we didn’t like. Everything met our expectations. Parking was easy. We were allocated our room on arrival despite being a little early. We love staying here and we will be back, see you soon.
Our room was excellent, clean and lots of space. Good bathroom. Loved the size of the TV, excellent picture. Bed was very comfy, had a great nights sleep. What a lovely view we had out of our bedroom window.. Breakfast as always was brilliant. Lots of choice and enjoyable.
