Water pressure in shower bit low for my liking WiFi was hit or miss

Faultless - I enjoyed every aspect of my 2 night stay.

A warm welcome perfectly located in the countryside. The single room was comfortable well lit spotlessly clean with facilities that met all my needs. The lounge was comfortable and had a pleasant atmosphere with a well stocked bar. The dining room is comfortable and well planned out with the right amount of space between each table to enjoy my own space - especially as a single traveller. The Breakfast had a great selection on cereals, juices and fruit compotes along with a wholesome fresh cooked breakfast exactly to my requirements with endless fresh coffee what more could you ask for. The staff were very friendly and showed great empathy and expertise in particular they remembered exactly the second morning how I liked my breakfast cooked and what additional accompaniments I had without asking - that in itself is an attribute of professionalism.

High quality, mainly local produce, used for breakfast and reasonable choice of options. Located in a very quiet rural spot yet very close to a fast road providing swift access to the rest of Anglesey and North Wales

The food was excellent for both breakfast and dinner. The dinner menu had a selection of interesting dishes. Both our dishes were great. The room was clean and comfortable.

Better blinds, as the sunlight was getting through first thing. A shelf or cabinet in the bathroom to place toiletries, toothbrush etc.

I had the full Welsh cooked breakfast for the Saturday morning, which I advised the previous evening due to an early start at 7.30, which was ready for me. For the Sunday breakfast, I had grilled kippers, which were delicious!

Bathrooms needed a bit more consideration for shelving to place items upon. Voices from next bedroom clearly heard through wall which meant disturbed sleep.

My shower was scalding hot. The valve wasn't working properly. The water pressure was very low.

Staff was wonderful. Food, dinner and breakfast, was excellent. Tea was brought to my room which was a nice surprise.

The room itself was a bit basic.

The Best pint of Beer I’ve had in my life, Snowdonia hand pull followed by the Best meal we have had since I do not remember when , as ex restaurateurs of 25 years it was simply delightful.

Room spacious and comfortable. Dinner superb. Dining room and resident bar/lounge v comfortable. Excellent breakfast - good quality ingredients well cooked. Very friendly, helpful staff. Easy to park and good location.

As soon as we arrived, we felt comfortable and relaxed. Staff were attentive and helpful. Everything was provided and location was great. We dined there in the evening and food was delicious with plenty of choice. Breakfasts were also superb. We have already decided that we are going to return in the future.

The room was to hot. Had to open a window but the wind kept us awake.

My sink made a bubbling noise when next door used their facilities but not for long & these things happen.

The staff were so welcoming, friendly & helpful. I enjoyed listening while they spoke in Welsh. My room was lovely, warm and comfortable & I slept well all 3 nights I stayed. Loads of easy parking - I have a big truck that didn't need to be squeezed into a space.
