Unfortunately the caravan wasn't clean, various damp spots, curtains hanging down, a broken blind. Someone else's underwear under the bed, stained seating area , broken toilet roll holder, carpet coming away from the living area and a floor mat in the kitchen area that possibly hadn't been washed in a while as it smelt really musty and unclean. Gap in the top of the caravan door and broken steps leading up to it.The venue itself is ok but the pool opens at 10am and shuts early every day(one day shut around midday due to staff sickness) and the Venue restaurant only serves food on certain days . We didn't eat at the restaurant so cannot comment on how the food was.

Television didnt work couldnt get any channels kept showing NO SIGNAL. Accomodation a bit dated needed freshing up but good value for one night.

only stay 1 night so cant really comment on facilities. It suit our needs for that length of time.

Would have been nice to have decking etc for the kids but understand its not an option. I think if it had 6 people in the caravan it would have been a squeeze

Nothing, had an issue with a flooded shower but was sorted within the hour.

Tired inside, carpet by runner all messy, wall in twin room a mess, cobwebs allover the outside around windows. Not great communication either.

We couldn’t find a sofa bed so I am not sure if there is one. As expected the single beds were very small but if you’re looking for more comfort this is definitely a very small caravan which was fine for us but for some it wouldn’t be suitable.

Beds not comfortable at all especially in the kids room which should be like one bed not 2bed because this room is too tiny and the beds was extra small and my son couldn't even turn around. Caravan needs a bit of work like changes the curtains put some new pots and frying pan and also needs to clean a windows. And of course what is the most important change bed mattress in the all beds.

Location was good takes 2min with the car to the nice beach. Caravan was clean and communication with host was really good.

We liked the site it was nice and quiet and clean and tidy.

It would have been lovely to have some sort of seating outside. The caravan is located in a lovely area and it’s a shame that the space in front is not used, especially when it’s been as lovely as it’s been, maybe a decked area, or at least a picnic table like some of the other caravans. Maybe also have some airers for guests to use.

The property was clean and in a great location. I would say it’s a bit of a squeeze for a family of 5 but we managed ok. It’s central and easy to travel around. Loads of restaurants and supermarkets around. The best thing we loved was Whipsiderry beach, a little gem and definitely made our holiday. We definitely would go back.

It was very basic and could do with a deep clean as it felt dirty. Needs updating as the carpet worn out, stains on the pillowcases, towel rail was rusty etc.

Needs cleaning and remove moulds and change sofa covers which were too old and dirty. Host didn’t respond to our request for all above as we wanted to change the caravan.

Beds were really poor, two.singles.were barely large enough for an adult, and room walls were less than an open arm width apart, so to say the least cosy for two adults ! Double was two single frames with a small double mattress atop it ( beds 5 and 6 are the sofas it seems) and the accommodation did not feel.like it was well maintained ( bathroom vent not working and bath mats dripping wet on arrival, carpet from living to kitchen area had exposed fraid edge that was a trip.hazard, and oven required cleaning before we felt comfortable using it. At the resort location, there was no advance communication that the resteraunt is closed Sunday and Wednesday - and then also Tuesday the week of our stay for "staff training"

Price was not excessive and owner was responsive to questions.

Was an absolutely lovely caravan and in a gorgeous location, waking up to fields, streams and the odd cow mooing was bliss instead of the usual busy city bustle I'm used to. Staff were friendly also. Definitely coming back here soon as it was gorgeous!

Cons: - Accommodation was filthy, dust everywhere - Beds uncomfortable - Poor facilities at camp site - Caravan was cold as heating didn’t work

Pros: - Location is good to reach Newquay town.

When we arrived it was freezing cold, the gas fire in the living room didn’t work, the tv didn’t work and when I messaged the owner about it not working he said that he would arrange someone to come and have a look and they never turned up! It wasn’t as advertised at all, the walls in one bedroom were horrendous and the linen in the double bedroom was dirty!
