Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

United KingdomThere was nothing we didn't like, everything was great, 👍
Our first time glamping, the children absolutely loved the freedom of playing outside and meeting new friends, Just behind there was a field of pony's again the children adored them. we stayed in a sufari tent with 2 bedrooms double bed and 2 sets of bunk beds again the children loved there beds very comfortable, We have parking right next to the tent which was a plus, we had a BBQ and a free disposable BBQ & matches provided amazing 🤩 burgers and hotdogs for tea along with chicken skewers. The sufari tent had a disco light in the main area and lights all the way round the porch area this was brilliant during the evening as the children especially enjoyed in there words party time 😜 while play Gus's who... We had a kitchen area with everything provided to cook, plastic dinner plates etc A little fridge and an electric kettle Sofa bed We enjoyed the wood burner in the evening even though we stayed in the middle of August is did get abit chilly on the night. The toilet and shower facilities were good abit of a walk if your wanting the loo in the night but hayhoo that's glamping for you. We would definitely stay again fantastic place beautiful setting, lovely friendly owner, overall a great area to explore especially Warwick castle, st Nicholas park, canals Lots of pubs and restaurants to dine at.

Our first glamping experience and we loved it! Our son did not want to leave the yurt so we’ll be back again for sure. The location is great, not far from Warwick castle either. Really surprised at how cosy the yurts were, the beds were very comfortable. I don’t usually sleep well in new places but we all slept through like a log here. Really nice staff on site and the little bar is great.

United KingdomThis was literally the best experience we could have had glamping - I don't think it could get much better! Perhaps being able to separate rubbish into recycling would make it even better.
We had a glorious weekend at Mousley House Farm Campsite, in one of their yurts. It was super clean and well-provisioned with everything we needed. Outside, each yurt had a couple of outdoor chairs, a pinic table, BBQ and covered kitchen area with a two-hob gas stove top with fairy lights attached, and there was hard-standing for the car. There was power inside the yurt with disco lights (the kids LOVED these the first night we were there!), a kettle, small fridge and side lights. We had beautiful weather so the yurt was warm throughout the night - the beds were very comfy and had full bedding - we didn't need anything else. The toilet block was ok and well-stocked with loo paper (it was a bit pongy but the termperatures outside were in the high 20s so that's to be expected), secure bin area for rubbish (though not seperated into recycling), and bins for ash, as well as an indoor shower block and a couple of outside showers which were fab, though a little chilly in the morning! The grounds are kept really clean and tidy with a fab grassy area in the centre and it's really family-friendly - the noise went right down soon after 10pm and stayed quiet through the night, not that it ever got noisy though. You can order pizzas from a van on Friday nights and Fish and Chips on Saturdays, though we stuck to our BBQs. It all looked and smelled great though! The farm is an equestrian farm so we really enjoyed seeing the foals frolicking in the field with their mums!

United KingdomUnfortunately the motorway's constant noise, especially between 7am till 9am in the morning spoiled the stay for us. We live close to M25 and that is a sort of thing I want to go away from while on holidays.
Location : behind the horse pasture, surrender by fields, comfortable beds, good facilities, very clean, green space in the middle of the campsite perfect for kids to play get to meet other kids, responsive staff.
